In the small picture you posted, isn't it the same gate in the background, but the other side? This would suggest they are walking away from the site of the FRC. Back to the boat I would guess.

I saw that too, and it would be logical to assume that CH is walking her out. The time stamp on the photo would attest to that also. But that explanation isn't nearly as much fun as assuming the time stamps have been tampered with and Nikki actually arrived first. Or JP changes his mind after he let Clare go and asked for her to come back, he tells her he loves her and gets her to hide in the bushes when Nikki arrives where he dumps her (which is why Nikki is looking so miserable in the photos), and they sail off in the noonday sun to live happily ever after with his little package.

In the meantime, does anyone have a better sc of this.  I'm trying to figure out what JP is reading (card, letter, Fodor guide to St. Lucia!?).  This is at Anse Mamin, btw.

SO Mr. Write….since you have the location do you know if they can only get to that spot via boat or they can do a limo also?

The short answer is by boat, not limo.

The longer answer is ….. The FRC takes place near an old French sugar mill in Anse Mamin, close to the Anse Chastanet Resort.  The sugar mill is in a forested valley just to the north of the resort.   The valley leads down to a beach.   You have to access the beach in order to access the mill.  The only ways to get to the beach are by foot (ie. walking around the headland from Anse Chastanet) or by boat.  Most people get a water taxi from Soufriere.  Once you are on the beach, the only way to get to the sugar mill is along a dirt path (ie. by foot or mountain bike!!!).  It is about 300 yards from the beach to the site of the FRC.

If a Limo was waiting to take F2 away after the FRC it would either have to be at Anse Chastanet or somewhere like Soufriere.  If a Limo was waiting at Anse Chastanet, then F2 would have a considerable hike round a headland, and even then the road to Anse Chastanet is unpaved and rough.  So it seems almost certain F2 left by boat.  But maybe not the same boat as she arrived on.  This is why - Both women arrive on a dive boat called “Kika” owned by Eastern Caribbean Diving out of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort, near where the girls were staying.  The trip down would have taken about 45 minutes.  There would have been enough time, therefore, to deliver F2, return to the women’s hotel, pick up F1 and deliver F1.  However, there would not have been enough time to wait for F2 and take her away and then go and get F1.  Obviously the alternative is that both women went by limo to somewhere closer and that the dive boat ferried them back and forth.  Either way, I think F2 left by boat.

First I can't blow up that small picture..but by time stamp..for some reason Chris H is walking Clare away..The gates they just exited..and it's not the dirt path that they ( both nikki &clare with CH) walked towards..

Second maybe he is walking her away toward a place to get her PI's since they can have both girls leaving/ arriving at the waters edge..since as Mr Write has pointed out...

There is no doubt that Clare came and went before Nikki arrived!

I didn't realize RS has said the FRC was at Cap Maison.  I can't see how that is right. The wall behind the podium at the FRC faces south.  The women approach from the west. With that in mind, I spent a long time yesterday looking at the sun's azimuth during the day of the FRC, the corresponding shadows, the tides, the raking on the beach and date stamps on the abcmedianet photographs.  All point to Clare arriving first and Nikki second (in my view)

This shows clearly that JP is looking at his hands and the thumb is what we see that looks like paper in the other SC.  (bringing some of my post from the spoiler side)

It makes sense to me that the limos brought them to a point and then the boats took them from there. A 45 min boat ride in their gowns doesn't seem right.  It would do a big number on their hair & makeup.  That would also explain CH walking Clare because JP would only walk the f2 out to the boat and then it makes sense for CH to retrieve her when it arrives and take her to the limo.  Her carrying her shoes fits best with her being f2 because there's no way she'd do that coming in since we see her walking in the sand with them.

Could it be a book/journal? Neither Clare nor Nikki had something in their hands though. Who gave it to him CH like the letter from Catherine to Sean?

It may be the light hitting his thumb in that SC vs the other. The shadows & sunlight looks identical other than that. It doesn't appear that he moved.
