I must confess that I have gone through this dopey video six times in the last 20 minutes or so. I keep stopping at the moment Mister Niagara Falls hears "that's my life" (his favorite phrase "this is my life" delivered back to him) then the "absolutely falling in love with you" prompting more dribble in the eyes, followed by "start our future from here forward" getting the all-so-subtle nod. That boy can't hold in his expression like Poker Faced Brad Womack. (I guess Litta123 should be pestered again to make more... you know what... Ha ha! Better blow the images up BIG so we are certain  of what we are seeing.)

Now, perhaps Juan is tearing up because he knows he is going to be saying goodbye to Clare before it's all over -- you know how he cries when he says his goodbyes, right?   

In all seriousness, the clip never shows Juan's face when Nikki's video is running during her declaration of love...so, we really don't how Juan reacted to that. Just trying to be fair...

Now... now. That's just... silly talk.

You know fully well that if Nikki is F1, we would have SEEN his reaction close-up. The editors are not THAT paranoid that they will Give-The-Ending-Away. After all, he said in people.com with Nikki "...my feelings for her are not there yet..." Are they there yet with The Princess? Allow The Debate to begin.

He probably cried in the fantasy suite when they were making the babies she wanted. I just wonder if she will look the same on ATFR as she did stepping out of the limo.

ITA with you Litta. i too see him checked out on Clare in the FD, a 180 degree turn than prior to HTD.. Its just weird..last time i get the same impression from what i saw was when Em checked out on Arie after visiting Jef`s ranch  ( i mean, have you seen Nikki`s house?  :shocked!:  )   :hidingchair . One must remember, Clare actually got the first date, as opposed to last on screen. In all seriousness, i am pleasantly surprised that JP came off to me not as a `tool` as the first time i thought he was.(thanks to RS! :Frown: ). I can picture him getting `alert` after Oceangate and Clare`s HTD on too much work required if he ends up with Clare then took his time to do a lot of thinking going to St.Lucia. Who knows... :greenman: 

so yeah, i too can see him getting teary eyes due to the possibility he has to say goodbye to the needy Ice Queen. (unless, they were messing around with us with the vid`s sequence.  .LOL)

I saw him checked out too... like, "how am I going to keep talking about myself on every date with Andi or Nikki?"

Back in New Zealand, he promised to only make Clare cry "good cries" not "bad cries". If he dumps her, she will have a "good cry". Right? RIGHT?

Nikki sure got a lot of horses... and bulls... this season. Clare just had New Zealand lambs. Two, in fact. That's the number of "kids" Juan wants.

I wonder if he will say "ezzz Okay" to Nikki too and she won't be as "soft" as Andi in the finale. There must be a reason the camera stayed focused on her during all of the Victoria drama. I know... I know...

Thanks for weighing in my post, JBF!!.  ..i think im gonna drop some Nikki`s bomb in the Finale thread....you know, to be as fair as possible... Really!!..Juan`s check out in Clare`s FD had me almost checked out from the stupid show. I still reserve my judgement on how the behind the scenes FD went, as we know the Machine might have tone down JuClare`s interaction for us to see. (perhaps it is NOT a PG-13?... )

same as you, i just need this season to be over like yesterday. I usually skip Women Tell Nothing. so i guess boredom drag me to do some   searching for several Nikki`s `bombs`.

Sadly... so many past seasonal hometowns are no longer available on youtube. This includes Chris' last time. Yet, for Julychild's analysis, we have all of Ashley's to compare and contrast. Yes, I know Bachelorettes are different, but I am just looking at edit and body language. Again... that season's F1 is posted first, followed by the other four.
(JP gets the robin, Constantine the geese. Despite the fact that they are simply "friends", I do notice that Ashley touches "Dino" a LOT more than she does F2 Ben, who became so when Dino left, and F4 Ames. She also seems to be having more fun on his date.)

It was a very sexy mement IMO & reminded me of Molly'& Jason's FD or LCD ( massage one) which was another one os those sexy moments!
I also noticed when JP sat down with CH in St L he starts off by saying I hope I don't make a mistake send wrong one home etc words to that effect & it reminded me of Jason's season which is why I said I wondered if he did a Mesnick ( hate to use that term as I like Jason Molly & Melissa)
Just food for thought & as I watch I just see it more with Clare & I know everyone has there own opinions and the way we all see & perceive scences BL etc is as they say in the eye of the beholder!
How many times have we all watched these shows & see ( IMO) a huge connection ( romantic sexual intellectual etc you get the picture ) with someone they don't pick ( for whatever reason) & we all say that will never last with one they choose & most of the time they don't!
It's a show & our opinions ( unless we know these people personally) are solely formed on the edits & what & how they chose to show these scences!
So that is my " rant" & i know I am preaching to the choir as you dear posters are just like me .. A lover of drama romance & all things bachelor !! Carry on March 10 will be here soon & we will chalk this season up
