Ok, I can't sleep so I might as well do this tonight. I don't know where else to put this, so here it will be. Sorry  . Thanks to Litta for the quality SC's. You are so much better at explaining these things than I am, so please add anything I may have left out. Merci!

A little background:
For those of us who have been sleuthing SC's since the season commenced, you'll know that we are of the opinion that the SC's below were filmed by the F4, in LA, post finale. This has been discussed in earnest so I will not be rehashing the arguments made which led to that conclusion, but I or anyone else who knows will answer any questions:

Here is a SC of Lucy on the first episode giving a PI with the same screen in the background. Just to point out that the screen was seen at the mansion:

One more of Clare making yet another time-travel/filler PI, used in NZ. Same screen:

The story:

In going through the released HTD photos, I observed that JP gave Clare a Venezuelan bracelet (it's red, blue and yellow- Vzla national colours). You can always take a look at the photos to confirm this yourself, Clare is also seen wearing the bracelet in the night portion of their date, in the preview. However this is not a big deal, because there are photos of him giving the same type of bracelet to Renee in those group of photos.


This is what I think is worthy of note. Let's take a moment and discard anything we may feel we know about how the season ends and simply take an objective look at this. Below is a close-up SC of Clare in one of her "presumed" post-finale PI's still wearing that same bracelet!

This to me seem like a solid catch and I have been sitting on it for a while because I needed to be sure the bracelet wasn't something that she got as part of her swag. Myself, Litta, JBF and ND have had discussions about this through PM's, but it is time for everyone to weigh in on it. You may ask: would the producers let her wear the bracelet knowing JP gave it to her? Well, my answer to that is, producers are human and they make mistakes too.

Here are the questions: Would Clare still want to wear a gift from JP if he recently broke her heart? Is this proof enough that Clare is indeed the F1?

We may have a "bracelet-gate" or we may have nothing. At least we'll have fun discussing it.  :bigsmile:

Well, so far, I have been going on what I see on the screen, their connection, the sc's of the season and a gutt feeling based on all of that. This might actually be the smoking gun that can connect all of it for me. I have thought from what I see, how Fleiss and the machine work, that there was a good chance Clare is F1. This might be the proof to go along with the thinking I was looking for. Thanks!!

wow..TY4 share july!!...IMO the bracelet is a slam dunk F1 prove   

Storyline wise, i honestly cant see other bold main/storyline than JuClare. Not to mention all of the suspicious filler PIs and VOs surrounding their story, let alone  the bracelet. Wowza!!...we hit the jackpot here!..   . IMO El Bachelor has dead-set on and went-gaga  over the Ice Queen quite early on, at most by episode 5. So basically there was an early game-over for the other ladies.JMO. (i wish we had a body
language thread to defend this premise..that homeboy really2 can`t help himself around her !  :giggle: )

Now..i would`t mind Nikki being the first (snarky?snotty? ..you decide   ) dream nurse  bachelorette we ever have....but....looking at her EDIT as overconfident-`beotchy`-foot in the mouth-get electrified combo edit i wouldn`t hold my breath on it.

PS : still curio though...  .., soooo....PI of Clare in white with screen in the backdrop,. I know she was talking about her NZ date. but are you suggesting that they brought the screen with them when travelling or.. is it being filmed in LA, most likely post-show?. TIA...

Right, that's exactly the point. These bracelets were given on the HTD, not before. So when Clare wears hers in the post-filming caps, it's an indication that she harbors no hard feelings toward Juan. To restate, the girls never went back to LA after HTDs.

The question to ask yourself is whether it makes sense that a devastated Clare would chose to wear a bracelet post-filming that would be symbolic of Juan. Personally, I think not. Many people here think she would be too resentful and bitter if she were the F2.

I wish I could be here for more discussion, but again I'm off the board this morning. Looking forward to reading people's thoughts.

Got it, dol!!TY 4 the clarification. I've discovered the same backdrops---turned out to be in LA post filming---were used a lot in the 'Clare-gate' scenes .No wonder...
Speaking of myself, I do think the bracelet discovery is as good as the kite drawing on the fridge. Fantastic work, julychild!!! . Also, For a person who is as emotional as her, it's almost impossible to hide her broken heart behind those PIs. In contrary, I see her mostly beaming in those filler PIs post-show..JMO

This Lucy was a trip. She said the ones making the best impression go "Bam! I'm here". (Maybe my wording isn't quite right.) Clare certainly did, arriving "knocked up".

Later... when you have time, Litta... I would like just one more trip down memory lane when Clare wiggles with the giggle "And I was thinking maybe…" and Juan instantly leans forward with "Having more children?" That is the most intense focus I have seen in a lead in ages.

I still chuckle over Sean fibbing to Juan that Catherine wasn't on his radar for several weeks his season. She still got a F1 rose along with a few others, so she wasn't being ignored. Even though I am hardly gooey for the couple, even I could see how different he was with her than anybody else by episode #4, giggling over a stupid lipstick note. Equally amusing was a later scene of Sean and Catherine making Juan regret he sent the massage therapist home... then "winning" two massages from you-know-who on the wintertime date. It was as if Juan hurried up and jotted down notes from Sean's latest "lecture" and put them into practice.

Must Be As Fair As Possible and consider the others equally here as potential F1s though. Any signs lately of Nikki and Andi getting LCDs yet? Ha ha... oh I am bbbbaaaaadddd... why do I think up such crazy stuff?... I had this funny image in my mind recently of Andi getting angry on the fantasy date because Juan called her Clare by accident. This makes the Kat/Kylie mix-up in night #1 ominous foreshadowing. Oh boy! I need to lay off the Goofy Train.

So he gave Clare and Renee the same type of bracelet and gave Nikki a venezuelan hat and he made sure he mentioned this in his blog. Is is sleuthed or seen anywhere what he may have given Andi?
I also think the quip about wearing sentimental jewelrey was left in for a reason. Clare may be happy to wear it for sentimental reason even if she turns out as F1 or not. Or she may wel be the F1. I am yet to be sold on her being F1 yet. Too obvious I say. Evn when Brad was seen to be soo into Emily and was doing special things, we still were unsure if Emily wiuld let the ghost of her past go. Clare in this case is a sure and done deal. And JP has shown nothing in his interaction with Clare to make him unsure of her. They did afterall settle the oceangate matter.

I find it interesting that CH made mention of the fact that Nikki is in love with JP but not telling him yet. She says she has to be comfortable. JP has repeatedly tried to get her comfortable and to open up by giving her GD roses 2ice, taking her to meet his folks, daughter and ex. And the first thing he always asks her is how are you feeling now? Like he is checking to see if she is there yet. His blog mentions she opened up and made him comfortable from NZ( not verbatim).
Just thinking there is something to the relationship develping between and if both get comfortable and open up that may lead to the happy ending on the show for JP and Nikki.

I just wanted to comment that I really hope that after this season, JaunP gets a go at doing something with/for the MLS - hopefully with the new team that Beckham is started for Miami. Not necessarily as a player (I think his time is way past) but in some other capacity.
(On an aside - I saw a small vid clip of Becks on a miami beach, kicking 3 balls into 3 diffeferent garbage cans - at a huge distance. He was spot on each time  :shock: . Still got it Dude !!!!)

That would be great if he could work with Beckham in Miami, he definitely wouldn't make the the team; there is talk of Renaldo joining, rumors only. But Renaldo does like Miami and spends time there in the off season
