glad to know im not the only one who felt that way. I mean, of course no one can top Chris in that department   . but at least, from JPab i expected something sweet and touching. despite he cant say ILY yet..for example, what he loves about Nikki--her smiles, her smells, her passion, anything...and yes...IDC if he said it in Spanish...as long as we can felt it with our heart. (UNLESS they cut that part out, as their pay back to JPab). The whole situation is too confusing and idisappointing.
PS : He cant hide behind the excuse for being a Latino guy, so he has the right to be an emotion-less, unsensitive lead ever. We have had a true gentleman Latino hottie dimples before, Roberto, with his heart-touching proposal to Ali.

No one can compare to our prince. They don't make too many like him. The man knows how to use words to melt a woman' heart or anyone for that matter. "He is hands down THE best" So, may be Him and Des can hang out with Juan and Nikki, give them some advise. Juan can certainly use a positive friend and example like our prince..

Yay, he granted our wish!! I'm glad they got a nice weekend getaway from all of this, who cares if they didn't utter a word at the finale. Easiest $$ they've made I'm sure.   (This is me thinking positively LOL)

I've always found Des to be very accepting of others, perhaps as a result of her unconventional but love filled upbringing. Chris is definitely one of a kind & I'm glad they found each other on this crazy show. I'd bet that Juan Pablo & Nikki would welcome their friendship.

Im glad they got free travelling, meeting new friends as well as reunion, and getting their sunny week-end get away!  :Smiley: . I also think Des had flashing back of her great memories in SM, where she was being filmed pre-season. Everything is right in Chres universe!  :Clap:

An interview with the company who catered Des' engagement party on what it was like working with them, and how they picked the menu. I'm hungry just reading it.

Yes, it was hard to watch, but when you see the video" adventure in loving you" from the song at LDC" you re the one for me" he is singing to her, so charming! He could have sang the words to her, but he looked emptied to me. What happened to that man? the charming that so many loved in the beginning. May be it is the camera, or may be the pressure got to him so he shut down. Listening to Jason and Molly has been eye openner. Based on their last podcast, the pressure on the bach last week is intense.

Not trying to excuse his behavior which was real bad, but what I noticed, when JuanP is pressured, he shuts down. And you could see that on the LCD with both ladies and the FRC, He had no life left in him at the FRC, this was not the same man we saw in the beginning. Actually, I noticed the change after Sharleen and the incident with Andi, I think it affected him more than we can see.
Coming from a different culture point of view, I can see him wondering if an american women is the way to go for him because of the culture differences, will this work?. And Nikki was right, he seamed very guarded, not allowing himself to fall completely for the one he loved.
I think he spends most of his time with his own people based on his English, so this must have been a culture shock to him like it is for a lot my family. I think Nikki will give him BALANCE also help him with the English language and culture. JMO

T4share, Maggen...those are the reasons why im sticking to team Carla...LOL..
one thing i notice, as alluded in JAM podcast too....he doesnt like to be call out....i think its somehow related to his later decision to not pick Clare, as she confronted him at LCD. and yes, i think Andi FS's gate has drained him as well (another call out).
i truly hope Nikki could stay true to herself, listen to her heart and make rational decision for herself. I dont have high hopes knowing that they still do long-distance relationship. Note that most of successful couple moving in together/ at least in the same city immediately : Trista, Ash, Molly, Cat, Des.
But still wishing them the best.
