I googled catira and apparently it's a Venenzuelan slang term for a girl with blonde hair. His tweet says: This is a recap of my adventure. Thanks to Obie Bermudez for using the words I sent him and turning them into a song... 'Adventures in Loving You' is for 'my blonde haired girl'.

I think Jeepers was trying to say that the actual song lyrics are all in English so there's no translation needed. :)
