The TV letter was the one they read in voiceover because posters on here deciphered a lot of it in advance and it was the one they read on the show. I recall the paper as being similar but it had paragraphs and this one did not.

Yes we had a screencap of it that someone blew up. I recall the writing being very similar, which would lead me to believe Cat wrote both. I'm guessing that they gave Sean the rewritten letter, that makes it sound like she was unsure, to get his reaction and only later gave him the "Cat Original".

I am sure these are two different letter and they both came from Catherine based on the content of these letters. I am sure the letter that Sean shared with us was written after the proposal and it makes sense when you read it. She is talking about the new journey that they are going to embark on together after the show.

So... clearly two letters. The question remains, though, which is the real one? Because the close up of Sean reading the letter could, like voiceovers, be done at any time so they could have had Catherine write a scripted one later for production purposes. Or she did write the one Sean tweeted out later. Not sure we'll ever know.... or does someone want to ask him? He's probably not aware that we'd be comparing them

Perhaps Sean meant to share the other letter with us, but accidentally snapped a photo of this, given that the letters are similar enough to mistake for each other if you're just skimming through?

I'm assuming the letter Sean has in his possession is the real one. The TV one might also be teal too if she wrote a before and after proposal letter to him. Who knows? It's something fun to discuss on a day before a holiday but, in the long run, it doesn't matter. Hubs and wifey are getting hitched whether there's one, two or a hundred letters. :wedding

I am sure she wrote a before and after letters. It is just great that Sean shared the after letter with us
