Found this crazy picture of Brooks from Oct 2011...its kinda funny and gross but if it gets us off the topic of Des and Chris then it has served its purpose. Cheers!

Pretty clear that Des did love Brooks. Maybe in the end they didn't belong together. I did though see the "love look" (Brooks' mom's term :giggle:) from Brooks too along the way. Someone earlier seemed to downplay Brooks feelings for Des. Even though he decided to leave in the end (could be many different reasons why), I do think he loved her. I outlined at the top of page 35 of this thread all the things I saw along the way. Those were just the things I recalled from memory, I'm sure there were many more. I see Des and Brooks as a love story that didn't work out... it was still a love story to me.
