I've always liked Brooks from the start but it's only now that I get to see how genuine of a person he is. And judging from those interviews, I was amazed at Brooks' profound intellect. Not only is he physically attractive, he also has a beautiful mind. He's earned my respect.

I miss Brooks already. This is why I don't like to get so invested in a contestant. The show ends and this person whom you were "introduced" to and have gotten to know a little bit is suddenly gone. Before TV this would've never happened. You only got to know people if you met them in person. So, it feels like a "friendship" that has broken up. And I tell myself I'll never do it again. And this time I mean it!

Maybe, he's busy with something? I'm sure he will be keeping people up to date.

I was expecting more than 5 minutes of Brooks last night so will take any bits I can get.

The second point I have, regarding the spoilers, is how would that show have been edited differently if there were no spoilers? I still think the most riveting hour was the breakup. So I'm not entirely convinced that the edit would be that different.

I think it may have been edited differently - they spent so much on Brooks and kind of pushed Chris and others even Des at times to a supporting player especially the prior 3 episodes. They made it all about the Brooks and Des love story/journey making the spoiler of Brooks as F1 all the more plausible IMO. Well MF got his wish, just at expense of others. Brooks probably felt like Chantal the year she was spoiled F1.

Regarding the bolded/underlined, I think that was done on purpose. What better way to trap RS into thinking he had everything in the bag?? Not only that, but other rag mags get their info from RS and exploit it with other tidbits that they find out along the way.

Personally, I am glad that the spoilers won`t be taken as seriously for now on as it should be the sleuthing that either can prove/disprove facts versus just going along with the spoilers at all cost; but that's just me as I love to sleuth.

Maybe he did it because he thought it would make her uncomfortable to follow her? Maybe the whole reason he followed her was the show told him to to throw us off. I know I was a victim of that.....I thought him following was a positive sign. Dang I was so completely absolutely fooled by all the "signs" this time. Well done but also SCREW YOU TPTB.
