Now the aftermath.  Someone talks to her. Could be family, but most likely Chris H. They discuss the Brooks situation, similar to what he did with Jill when he convinced her to go with Ed instead of Reid(LOL I had to put that in there because he did push her that way)  So it comes down to him telling her Brooks is still there, what is she going to do about it.   She goes and finds Brooks, tells him she loves him, blah, blah.  Then second proposal, SHE proposes marriage to him,  He says yes  they cry, twirls around. The end.  Still need a ring, andMTP if he didn't.
Dramatic, emotional, out of left field,  no one saw it coming, weird ending,  the Bachette proposing has never been done before.

I have no favorites among the last 3 although I do admit to being partial to Chris and Drew.  Okay have fun with this post and I'll just sit back and watch.  LOL.

Sorry, I do not see this happening.  If Brooks leaves and returns, I'm assuming Des would want strong confirmation of his change of heart... including him down on both knees... begging for her hand in marriage!  :-)

Actually I'm afraid that the begging will be from Des to Drew for staying. Before the Brooks return but after the Drew/Des akward LCD.
But when Brooks will return, she will send home Drew.

So you guys are assuming that when CH said dumpster fire he is referring to the second half of the finale and not the first part ?

I hope you're wrong. If Desiree tries to convince Drew or Chris to stay while telling them that Brooks is gone, and they have false hope, she'll be subjected to the WRATH of the viewers, Chris and Drew. You just don't do that.
I've been very protective of Des on this board, and don't like to see that Brooks has doubts, or leaves. I still think he'll propose to Des. I find too much "love analysis" (on Brooks" part) as a premonition of future problems to come, but if they are happy NOW, good for them. However, if Des plays with Drew's or Chris' feelings at this late stage, I will loose my respect for her and say that she and Brooks DESERVE each other (sarcastically).

That she begs Drew to stay. Brooks comes back and she dumps Brooks!

I hope it will be the flower garden you describe Sue (instead of the CH dumpster).

Actually it sounds more like a lesson learnt and does not rule out Brooks at all.  She realized being desperate did not help her situation. She realized her worth and was confident in her choice at the end.  Since I believe Brooks returned and swept her off her feet her statement is a reflection.

Plus Des had to exit the MTA set because she got to emotional during the preview of the finale.

Unfortunately, CH has said that it's not going to be a flower garden for anyone... that no one gets through the finale unscathed... As Ariela stated, if Des is unsure and keeps flip flopping, changing her mind, back and forth so late in the game, it's going to throw everyone into an emotional tailspin; lots of promises, begging, crying and walking away...  and ultimately I think, again to Ariela’s point, it’s not going to reflect well on Des.  Still, how it all ends, I guess we'll have to see.  Deep Breath.
