About this: I haven't really been able to watch this season but I did happen to get a peek at US Weekly and wanted to post since nobody else had.

The 2 guys in question according to US Weekly are Brooks and Drew. US Weekly says Brooks was the frontrunner going into hometown dates but then Desiree really connected with Drew on their HTD and so she started to feel conflicted between those 2 guys. I don't have a lot of analysis to add because I haven't really been following the arc of the tabloids this season.

Interesting. Des would have to find herself convinced that Drew is her soulmate and that Brooks was nothing at all real and deep for me to see it, but hey...stranger things have happened.

My take: None of us irrelevant strangers have to "see" it. Regardless of how we feel about one contender or the other, we don't matter in the story. All that matters is for Des and her F1 to see and feel it. Yes, it is a tv show and they signed up for it, but it is a show that impacts their lives.

I am just opining through my own filter. I think we matter here and as viewers but in R/L and the relationship...you are correct. We matter not a whit. :yes:

I think Drew and Brooks are her top 2 so the article doesn't surprise me at all.

ETA: and by top 2, I don't mean F2. Just the two she likes most at this point.

for years it has been F3 the hardest to let go... he's (she's) the one that is almost there and you don't want to take to the FRC to hurt them. if Frank had not excused himself, Chris L would have been F3, instead he defaulted to F2 yet Ali did the right thing in letting him go before the FRC.
Much like I believe Drew will be let go by Des. :drama
