I was saying Brooks and Des are close in feelings but that was when Brooks said jogging and Des said starting to run.
She told Chris she is at finish line so she completely fibbed to Brooks The way she was getting emotional talking about her feelings for Brooks and btw that was AFTER her dates with Chris and Drew. Its Brooks or bust.

Our Zak didn't say it yet. He feels it, but is also being cautious. I like him more and more as I see his intelligence shine through. Maybe not for Des, but what a man for somebody!

She did say she was open to Chris, but it really sounded like a consolation prize second place ribbon. She likes that he's consistent and dependable. That's the kind of thing I look for in an accountant, ya know? Too bad - I really like Chris. Nice guy, good looks, real job. Puts him leagues ahead of most on this show.

I think something is going to be up with Des's brother and Brooks, why did they show him spying in the hotel hall and only show Brooks walking in.

Also during her date with Brooks, she says she is running, she goes on 3 more dates over the next 3-4 days prior to the rose ceremony, she states during those dates she is falling for others but yet after all the great dates her feeling she change and go deep for Brooks. Apparently Des wasnt as into those dates as TPTB would like you to believe, it is obvi her mind was on Brooks even while with other men, that over that weeks time frame they grew stronger for him.
I love her for the fact the she shows her real raw emotion and she has NO poker face so much so when she calls Brooks for the rose, he eyes and smile say everything, she can barely ask him if he will accept the rose for wanting to just look at him.

These two have a deep bond, i just hate their is going to be so much drama over the next few weeks to try and ruin this special story.

ITA! And aren't we happy she didn't combust! There will be raw and real feelings at the Finale when Brooks and Des becomes Bres.

I like Chris a lot, but don't at present see the edge Des seems to want and need and has referenced more than once. Could it be hidden? We are seeing the edit they want to give him - a pretty perfect guy who is thoughtful and caring and obviously in love - and thinking future. I give kudos to the producers for showing real conversations with Chris H., not just teasers.
