Nothing hinting that he doesn't either. I do not think she picks a default because she always said she doesn't settle.

She'd be a hypocrite to settle. She has said no one has loved her back the way she has loved. I don't believe she'd put Chris through that, nor Drew knowing they are fully in.

But they DID already start the "turn" for Brooks, with the PIs saying he was missing their moments, didn't want to leave her, etc. They let Des toss her relationships with Chris and Drew into the dumpster fire, so really the only way forward is for Brooks to come back. They could have left it with a much more definitive Brooks-is-gone ending.

The Brooks-Des conversation was LONG--covered three segments iirc. Very odd in a breakup to still allow/want physical contact.

Definitely Brooks comes back.

She told him she loves him. She could not go all in with Drew or Chris because she was reserving her love for him. Oh my gosh. Hate to be Drew or Chris right now. I totally believe that Brooks loves her. Need to buy more kleenex for next week. Did you hear the heartbeats at the end of the segment when they hug. Sorry to be all over the place.

We were on a very strict diet. They have saved the best for last. Too many loose ends to leave untied. I think even Chris fans can see the writing on the wall . There will be a happy Bres ending.

HOLY CRAP. that was definitely raw and emotional and heartbreaking. But that is also real life and real feelings. I mean that "break up" scene was like none other this show has ever done. It took up 45 minutes of the show. Brooks may have truly thought he wasn't going to get "there" but obviously at the end it showed him turning the corner. He couldn't LEAVE, he didn't want to leave. He already misses her. Despite her shock and heartbreak she couldn't help but lean in for several embraces. As hurt and upset as she was and wanting him to stop, she couldn't make herself leave either. there is no way I'm buying she moves on and gets engaged within the next week to one of the others.

I totally agree Monica and apparently we all saw the same show... hang in there, it will probably get nastier before it gets any better. I want to watch it again with close caption on. I will try to write down as much as I can, but it wont be tonight. have work in the morning so after that.
