We don't have Chris eliminated at FD. We have him in a limo that seems to be either on the way to or from the FRC. You're right that there are no shots of Drew in a limo but not sure if it means anything. They may have decided not to show it because it didn't fit what they were going
for.

If Drew leave, it wont be in a limo..prolly in a van like Arie`s departure

If Des had eliminated Drew, we would have seen his response to his elimination during his exist ride out.  That's no SC showing that so if Drew does leave he chose to do so.  jmo

Based on that preview I lean toward Drew choosing to leave.

I think the edit is purposely done to get the viewer to think this way. JMOAA.
We know Michael leaves next week--no brainer.
We know Zak leaves prior to FRC and he is in a suit--indicates exit at HTD RC.
So that leaves 3.
Chris is given enough documented dates on Antigua to indicate F2. We see him in a limo in a suit. Under normal seasons this would indicate FRC--as the normal season the 3 RC guys are in more casual attire.
Drew is seen in Antigua dates---horseback riding and playing in the ocean. That could be one date in reality. We don't know. But it makes it appear as if there were 2 dates and not one. We don't know what really happens there.
Then Brooks...it's easy to make the viewer see he leaves. So what the viewer is left thinking is Brooks, who was labeled as a "frontrunner" by the show's press, is leaving! What a shocker. The frontrunner leaves, thus leaving Drew as F1.
But we all know what the franchise wants us to think is not the way it generally plays out.
SO what I'd like to know, how calculated was all of this? If Brooks had to leave, did they ship him back to the States and fly him back again? That could take up a couple days--if so, it had to have been planned otherwise things would have proceeded chronologically as they always do. We have a longer timeline than normal. Why?
Was Brooks kept in a room for a couple days in reality waiting for the rest of the script to catch up timewise to him coming back?  Did he fly home and then come back and let the rest of the script catch up to this plot? Because otherwise when Brooks leaves,  things should progress as normal---2 left and MTP and LCD and ok---FRC.
We do not see any MTP stuff because it would answer this question. Ali did not have days to move on from Frank's departure. The rest of the series flowed as it should...no longer days added to her schedule. We know from Brian's departure episode the series was meant to end May 10th. So--this entire scenario was planned from early on? The entire crew and production do not stay on after the wrap party. Only a few select do. The show needed a longer timeline this season to deal with the plot twist that appears to be planned for from the get go.

Great post. I agree. I'd like to see the HTDs as well since there maybe clues to what happens in Antigua.

I can only speculate this is what the Machine wanted us to see. IDK is my answer to your question. Too many answers of speculation.
My best bet would be if Brooks took off around the time of his FD leaving only 2 men, at the 3RC Chris H. comes in and tells the men Brooks left--does not go into great explanation for drama effect with the guys. Then because there are only 2 men, Chris H. says there is no need for a 3RC. Des could still come in to meet with them. Who knows?

You know, Brad 1.0 season, Jenni Croft did not realize Deanna was not the F1 until way after filming was over. Jenni believed that since she was rejected by Brad that De was his chosen. We know and now, of course, Jenni knows that De may have been the last one standing she was not chosen.

he ran out of hair product that is only available in SLC.  i agree that we don't know if he actually left the island. it may have been that he left and went home to SLC or was just sequestered in the hotel with producers talking him down off the ledge. also, being the last FD may have played into discomfort with the FS scenario. right now, i'm thinking it was not a family emergency back home because i don't think he would have been so conflicted. or, it is a minor family emergency so he can't decide what to do. more likely, it is a freak out about the whole process of the show, FS, something someone may have said on HTD, etc. all rolled into one.

I agree. If it was an emergency he would not return and he wouldn't have been so conflicted to go.

So if he leaves without an emergency, why ever would she take him back?  She needs to be able to count on her man. We all do. I know this website is filled with Brooks fans ever since he was the spoiled F1...but really?  You'd take a guy back after he left you high and dry on national TV?  I know Jillian did it and look where that got her.
