What is the penalty if you give away the ending? Can you just tell me in a PM?

Do the producers talk to you all about how we will look for clues in every little thing you tweet out? Do they ask you to send things that confuse viewers to the ending... like is Hailey really moving to Austin and is Sara really recording the song she wrote for Tim? Sara said, "we" are almost done with the song, which some took to mean her and Tim.

No, the producers haven't really said anything to us, especially since the show is only online now. Hailey and Sara's tweets are definitely not meant to confuse you...it's the truth! The ambiguity in tweets isn't meant to confuse you as much as it is we don't want to ruin the ending for you guys because it is still fun to watch!

I know I'm guilty of reading hidden meanings into tweets...but, seriously, you guys have made this the most fun season of watching reality tv for me ever. That is interesting. Maybe they will be releasing an album featuring a duet with Sara. I am sure will also include the songs Tim sings at the finale. If Jenna is F1 at least she knows that Sara and Tim did not kiss since meet the parents. Go figure.

Interesting point, iamreal2u. And we know from screen caps that Tim continues to kiss Jenna...awkward if Sara L is the F1.

I had a phone interview with 2 matchmakers (one being Matt who had be crying my eyes out on the phone when i said I wasn't sure I was ready because of my broken heart. Matt is amazing with advice!).

I am not the least bit surprised that Matt gave you great advice. Actually all 3 of the matchmakers seem incredibly intuitive, astute, and articulate.

The next date we see is Sarah's. It is the jet ski date. After having fun on the water, Tim tries to get Sarah to open up and tell him where she sees this going...where will they be in 5 years? She isn't really able to answer. I think fear takes over because of past hurt. Sounded like she didn't want to put herself out there because she wasn't sure where Tim stood. They do kiss however.

spot on. in my defense, however, what you never saw is that it was the 2nd or 3rd time he had asked me the same question over the course of my time on the show and i was 1) a bit taken aback that i had to answer again and 2) tired of talking about the saaaaame thing again, so i just kinda shut down.

What I could find about production just from some simple web searches was that most of the producers had a common thread in that they produced Biggest Loser (another NBC show).

Only one of the film editors came up as producing the Bachelorette.

The two story producers I found were also affiliated with NBC shows, except for stints with Big Brother and a few (what I could only guess) "trash" reality TV shows.... Prom Queen, and let's get drunk in Vegas type stuff. How romantic. Rolling Eyes The associate story producer was the same one for Gulianna and Bill's reality show and Fashion Star. When Karri Leigh Mastrangelo was with the Bach she was also considered a story producer so maybe this was also her job on RFL.

From what I could find they share two field producers, and one executive producer, Jason Ehrlich (I knew that name looked familiar) . I found it funny that they even share one casting producer. <--- no wonder there is all this talk about RFL dipping into the Bach casting pool.

Anyway, this might not mean much, but it seemed that for the most part production was from other NBC affiliated shows. However, they made sure to have at least one producer/editor from the Bach franchise in every department.

ETA: i know this sounded so a**-kissing, but it's the honest truth. If there's time to say something nice about you, since we haven't seen much of your story. Tim wasn't that interested, but ironically it was only with you that we got to see his personality and perspective on things more clearly, so thank for making him talk.

aww thank you :) honestly, I'm relieved that they didn't show any of my story! I had a huge sob story about my previous relationship and I'm glad i didn't have to watch myself talking about it anymore. Tim is a super guy, but we definitely weren't a fit. I can see why we were matched together -- because of our values, morals, backgrounds, etc. But he and I are both too chill and laid back; I need someone who is going to bring me out of my shell :) and I think he needs the same. oh and in my exit interview, I didn't say that I was "falling in love with him and thought I was going to marry him" about Tim haha....awesome editing.

it was our 1st kiss and it was hot, wasn't it!?! hate they didn't show the party boat coming up behind us mid-make out blasting "Boot Scoot Boogy" classic moment!

awesome! Oooh, girls and one guy, (ahahah, that's you matchmaker, if you're really a guy) will probably have so many questions for you Sarah. I don't know how much you can disclose (of things said and edited), but it would be great, at least at the end, to have a real conversation and lay all the cards on the table (so to speak).
Even with the rest of the girls - you are one great bunch of ladies and keep repeating (and almost everyone here on this forum) it was because of all of you (from Tim's group) that we continue watching and discussing - come to the Tim's thread (there's already 2 in the archive).

I'd love to answer whatever I can to give yall an inside look on how things really were ;)

I really lucked out to be matched with a guy who had such an amazing group of girls!! we are definitely a family!

Sarah, were your group of ladies able to see who Tim had strong connections with right from the beginning? You all seem quite close post-show and it's interesting that his selection doesn't interfere with the relationships amongst you girls.

the connection between Jenna and Tim was obvious from day 1, at least from my perspective. I am pleasantly surprised to see Sara and Tim's connection. It really warms my heart, but I never saw it myself. For some odd reason, we were able to compartmentalize our relationship with Tim from our friendships with each other. Surely, it is getting more and more difficult for the remaining girls to watch. But it was a difficult process to go to and adding jealous drama would have been stupid. Plus, we never talked about our dates or relationships with Tim to each other. Jenna and I would tell each other everything. and I'm positive Sara and Hailey told each other everything too, but as a whole, we wouldn't talk about it.

So Sarah, the new BF, what does he think of the show?

he only watched the 1st episode...with a few glasses of whiskey. He has always been one of my closest friends and knew I was doing the show...he'd occassionally email me to check on me that I wasn't falling in love haha. He's not allowed to watch the Hawaii episode ;)

I was talking about my previous relationship with that comment. They ask SO many questions and you are sort of in a fog, so it's hard to remember everything they asked or what I said, except that I thought I would make my parents proud and how I was so upset to be leaving the girls and all the friends I made with the crew

WAVEY Welcome Sarah, glad you joined in! One question how long did the 1on1 dates usually last? We haven't gotten to see some and just a few minutes with others...wish it was more like the Bachelor timewise so we'd of gotten to know all you girls better.

thank you! i think we ALL agree that we wish it were more like the Bach timewise so you can see the relationships with each other and with Tim. You don't really get to know the girls at all on RFL. The 1on1's varied. They definitely edit out entire 1on1's, which is shocking but I guess they have to do that. They never lasted longer than 45 minutes...maybe? I'm sure my sense of time is off because it all seemed to go by so fast. Some were short, and some were longer. I think it depended on who Tim wanted to spend more time with on that particular date.

i think it's entertaining. It's hard to remember that y'll are basing your judgements without seeing all that we saw or knowing all that we know! But, signing up for a reality show, we signed up to get analyzed!

If you are not too offended by me, I'd like to know about the contract. On the bach, the couples have to go to a safe house. On RFL, can they go to each other's homes? How much do they get to see each other?

Why was Jenna in LA with Tim at those 2 events? Seems like we can reach a conclusion based on that, unless there is another explanation.

Thank you Sarah for joining us! I've been watching reality dating shows forever and have to say kudos to you. You were always a lady and came across as very sweet and just the type of woman that many moms across America would love to see their sons take home.

I am glad to hear that you were friends with Jenna. The way that they are editing, it seems like she had no friends in house.

thank you very much! I've been watching the Bachelor since season 1, so I was very careful about everything I said because I knew how editing can be! I have 2 younger sisters (19 and 17), so I was always conscious that they and their friends would be watching not to mention my students and their families! I think I came across as much more serious and quiet than I am, but I'd rather have that than coming off bad.

The editing with Jenna is really shocking me. She is the most fun-loving, goofy, bright girl I know! Everyone in the house adored her and she always kept us laughing. I hope as the number of girls continue to dwindle that you'll be able to see the true Jenna. I talk to her everyday and it's really not fair how they are portraying her so far. She's one of my favorite people in the world...and she should be one of yours too!
