I have a theory (could be completely wrong). !

In seasons past (pre-confirmed spoilers) - we never got the "correct" answers from all the rejected contestants and media (talk show hosts etc) about who is F1. Now, no one is ever wrong. Guess what ? They too are aware and read the spoilers too.

I remember most contestants picked Amanda for Matt Grant. Other seasons too had wrong picks but the rejectees.

To me the press is a little lazy. They ask the typical questions and stop digging after the answer. So, if you think Brooks why not so and so? What did you see in common with Desiree and Brooks over so and so? You know, like that.

Ugh, I'm still mad that the show didn't have Zack K interviewed instead. James just wasted our time telling everyone he's obviously cut!

maybe they'll ask it one day but i'm not so sure they seem to ask the same questions

I can only say that so far both Brooks and Chris are funny and charming, but I feel that the comfort level between Des and Brooks and the playfulness between the two is beyond what has been shown between her and Chris. This is nothing against Chris, he's a doll, he's good looking, he has the writing compatability with Des and his poems are so romantic but I think when it comes to that "it" spark, it's with Brooks and that's why she chose him. This is my opinion based upon what we've seen so far. She has said he brings out the best in her. He always seems to compliment her, and turns the conversation to asking about her, etc.

"I think [Desiree is] a smart girl and I think she's going to pick the person that fits her. If I had to pick, it might be Brooks."

"The Bachelorette" airs Monday nights at 8 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.

...Wrong answer! Since he is yet to be eliminated, he should have picked himself as F1. He just gave it away that he didn't make it to the end.
