Because they like living in Southern California so they decided to stay awhile longer. That and I know Sean mentioned something about avoiding the summer Dallas heat.

I havent been following them too closely. I know that they are supposed to get married this summer and they were on GMA this week. When's the date? Will it be televised?

They were evasive about it AGAIN. I think ABC is looking at Des' bachette ratings before committing to fronting a TV wedding.

From what I recall, Bach weddings don't get a lot of viewers and I don't think financially feasible for ABC aanymore. I honestly don't think Sean will get a full wedding special, probably the best they might get is some footage of it shown as part of another season. I also don't think that their wedding would be paid for by ABC, maybe just part of it, depending on the size and expense of venue. I'm not going to hold my breath on a wedding ever occurring for this couple.

Considering how they've changed from wanting to 'get married right away' at the end of Bach, and now saying 'they're taking their time', you're probably right.

They still haven't lived in the real world together. I know DWTS is time consuming but it isn't the real world.

And if they wanted to at this point, they could. Other couples in their same shoes have. You can't escape from real life forever--well, unless you're Peter Pan. What has me more boggled is how bills in a high cost of living area are being paid.

I have to agree. If a wedding occurs, I am doubting it will be at the expense of ABC to the extent that it was for the other three weddings. It may have seemed like it would probably still happen at the end of Sean's season. But now with the ratings for Des' season combined with the low ratings for JP and Ashley's wedding, my guess is ABC will be backing away from televising or paying for a lavish wedding for Sean and Cat.

Probably living off the largesse Sean made from DWTS, hydroxycut and other endorsements. Seancat are living under one roof now, probably at a more affordable location. Although I cannot imagine they could continue to do this indefinitely. If the TV marriage is not happening, they're probably sticking around HW for more endorsement offers and/or other TV gigs.

A little odd to me that they have stayed away from Dallas and Seattle. What jobs will they have in Dallas?
