Sean looks like he's wearing the same V-neck tee shirt that he wore last week in orange, except insert the color green this week lol. I guess he's all about plaids and V-necks.

And I like that he picks up fashion items for Catherine on his outings, a necklace last week, a headband today. Wonder what it will be next lol?

Yes, that would make a lovely birthday gift. I vote for that charm bracelet that someone tweeted Cat a while back. I think it had an elephant, a rose, and I can't remember what else, but someone had tweeted her that Sean should give her something like that, and she agreed. Wonder if he was paying attention laugh out loud
