They do these little segments one week every season. They only have 7 dancers left and they have to fill those 2 hrs somehow. Since Sean is still in this thing, he has no choice but to do what DWTS wants him to do when it comes to putting this together.

I am not a DWTS watcher normally but this makes perfect sense. All of this is driven by their need for footage as much as anything. I am sure they are in constant contact with each other. Just because she is not tweeting does not mean she is not talking a lot to him! I still think she may have gone to Seattle especially since he will not be back until tomorrow. Maybe she dropped by the studio yesterday to tell him goodbye before she left. But who is taking care of the dogs?

Sean's job right now is DWTS and his work this week is adding another $30K to the already $185K he's earned. As part of his job, Peta is travelling with Sean to shoot the promo package that airs and to practice with him so he can stay another week (and make another $30K!)

I think that Sean appreciates Catherine very much. Every interview he makes a point of expressing how wonderful Catherine is and how much he loves her.

Keep in mind that Sean's DWTS stint is a very short chapter in their lives and its enabling Catherine to live/explore a brand new area (which her mother had said in Asian Times article that she really wanted to do!!). Cat gets to live in southern California and cheer her honey on at DWTS while looking for work/freelance opportunities. She gets to hang out at beach ... celeb sightings (and meetings!) ... wear awesome clothes ... meet tons of new people (including Sean's family/friends) ... try out new restaurants. And, she is madly in love (as we heard from HER and from all the fans who she talked to in Richmond) with a gorgeous guy who adores me.

Coming out of lurkdom to post a thought I have had since the beginning of the week. I wonder if Catherine may have gotten some kind of work at BHL Magazine? That's where her friend Mark works. I saw this tweet after this weeks DWTS show.

@clmgiudici: @OCLydia @dancingabc @mclaughlindoug @mkurian glad to have met you! I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other :)

OCLydia is the new housewife on RHOC. She and her hubby, Doug, own BHL Magazine. I think Mark runs it. Cat's statement "I'm sure we'll be seeing more of each other" with the smiley face leads me to believe she might be around the magazine more. Lydia lives in the OC, not far from me, and its at least an hour to BH. It's not like they will be running into each other otherwise. Just a thought. I haven't heard any other clues leading me to that theory though.

I don't know as much that I know this is all just work for him and he is having a blast of being on the media so far and be a celebrity at the moment but I hate that they stayed overnight in NC and yeah the DWTS crew were there too and filming some to put in their footage for Monday . I certainly don't question his love with cat . But this being in the media really too much time taking away between them. Yeah cat has no problem with it because she understood about him joining the DWTS in the first place but you can't think something how you feel with cat though . I know they are fine , happy and so I love but this is kinda exhausting a bit . Hahah. Glad cat is doing her own thing while he spent more time with peta Every day rehearsing their dancing dancing lol.

I think SeanCat didn't realize that DWTS will be eating up most if not all of Sean's time. Now they're stuck with this mutual decision they made and I don't think there's a way out for Sean at this moment. They just have to put up with it especially Cat until Sean's gets booted out...

I'm sorry but I don't think I will vote for him this time either whether he does good or bad. Its just painful to watch him dance. Maybe if I see some potential in him that he's gonna do even better I might...but I don't see it...besides...like everyone else here I wanna see what Sean's gonna do next with regard to his relationship with Cat when DWTS is out of the way.
