Again, she goes to the crazy girl place as soon as someone confronts her. Don't get me wrong, I have no idea what Tarryn is trying to convey only that because she can do it in a calm matter, she's right.

I agree with Angela, that all Allie needed to say to Tarryn was that she was sorry that situation escalated, but she doesn't agree with Tarryn's assessment of her. Allie lets people get into her head too easily.

I look around at some of the successful, high level execs that I've worked with (and Ben is a successful CEO), and I cannot see a single one of them choosing someone like Allie. Maybe for a shorter term relationship, but not for the long-term. Girlfriend creates drama from scratch at the slightest indication that someone doesn't think rainbows shoot out of her butt. She's very thinned skinned. Surely Ben has been able to observe this over the course of the show. Sure, he's obviously the kind of guy who will step in and rescue a damsel in distress, and it reflects well on him. But there's a difference between the occasional necessary rescue of an otherwise well-adjusted damsel, and a damsel who pretty much puts herself in situations (drama) where she needs to be rescued and coddled and soothed.

I don't know that Angela is or isn't the best fit ultimately, but I do think she's a better fit than Allie, for this reason alone.

what I picked from Renae last time was, that Allie isn't interested in Ben's world, not that she needs to know about stock market and business things, but that she's not even trying to know more about Ben's interests and she's solely relying on attraction/chemistry/something unexplainable between them/energy ... which is great for a night, week or more, but for long distance relationship, you have to have more things in common, the substance talk.BTW - Wasn't Matt saying that to Jenna? (but he never reproach anything to his girl about this)
Tarryn continued from that conversation and added some more "critics", that I can't say whether they were true or not.

You do make alot of sense. When allie told ben's family they have alot in common and his sister asked her what? she's like i dun know we just click. she had no answer for her. Ben and allie have absolutely nothing in common. just like u said their relationship is just based on attraction. Shandi and the ladies on afterbuzz even talked about that. Attraction alone doesn't keep a relationship going. it takes more than that to build a long lasting relationship. Too bad some people didn't understand where renae and tarryn were coming from and thought they meant to say that allie isn't smart.

Good points Prisyx2, and it was great to hear Allie's mom address the bolded type of concerns.

I do believed that Allie might said something to the other ladies about she wasn't interested of what Ben does and Tarryn mentioned that she even liked to be at Tim's house ? Allie is smart and her strategy to get Ben's attention works. Oh BTW, Allie stabbed Tarryn's back by telling Ben that she's rude to everybody.So Ben thought and said "Tarryn is pretending when she's not to win him over" hmmm...During their date he asked her about Allie and she didn't say anything. I don't think Tarryn is rude. ITA, that the ladies aren't that bad as they showed on TV. But I just don't see Allie is the right one for Ben.( sorry to Allie's fans ) OMG, I don't want to go backwards but Ben's sister was right about her assessments with the girls. I wished he had listened to her. Oh well, some of the ladies has moved on already like Kari, Tarryn and who else ? My prediction is always Angela after I knew it wasn't Lynsee at the vineyard garden where he proposed. I wish my favorite bebot can find an ever lasting love and so with Ben and his Final 1.

Another reason I think he might choose Angela (this might be a long shot) is that now seeing Ernesto chooses Shandi, Angela's story/edit is closer to what Shandi's has been. As someone mentioned last week, all of the possible F1's had awkward encounters with the guys family.

Also, given that I strongly believe Jenna is Tim's F1, I saw a contrast between her edit and Allie's, but I saw similarities with Sara's. Sara had her extra time with Tim shown last week and Allie's extra time with Ben in the garden was shown last week. Huge steps forward in both story lines and pretty revealing JMO. Whereas, with Jenna and Angela, they both had that initial awkward encounter with the family (as did Shandi) and both of their extra alone times were cut out. Also, Jenna, Angela, and Shandi's dates were all shown first.

I say this is a long shot because this depends on whether or not editing was being totally lame and editing all 3 F1's the same. Maybe when the show got canned they just gave up trying to give each guy a different love story.

I just can't understand for the life of me why you all keep on bashing Allie. You all are going to be really surprised come next week. I created a thread for Allie here, and you girls are just not giving Allie very much love. Allie has so much more substance than you girls are attributing to her. Do you all really want to eat crow next week? Just saying.

It doesn't matter who you are. When you're in a soul mate relationship, like Allie is with Ben, you're just going to be jealous of your mate, whether you express it or not. Especially in an environment like RFL. Please cut Allie a little slack here.

Can you all imagine what it must be like to be in her shoes, knowing how right the relationship is for them. But hearing all of this from you all on this forum. I would like to see them have all the emotional support that we can give them. Let's break the Bach/Bachette curse! Granted RFL could have been scripted in a much better format. Maybe NBC will actually take all of the constructive criticism offered here on this forum and make RFL something that will take the Bach/Bachette to task. And then we all win!!! I know you girls can do it. Well there are a lot of supporters for Tim and Sara's soul mate relationship. How about Ben and Allie's soul mate relationship too! Again, just saying. MM

I for one LOVE Allie and after Kari she was/ is my choice. I totally agree that she doesn't need to know or have interest in everything Ben does. I had a very stressful position and made a lot of money. When I came home last thing I wanted to do was talk about it. Just wanted my husband to understand and empathize but didnt want him solving anything. Take hot shower have a nice dinner, and go to bed and do well whatever. :sweetheart: Allie has great energy and she speaks and handles herself very well. I think she is a good match for Ben. Angela is wonderful as well. He will be lucky with whomever he chooses.

In the 20+ seasons of the Bachelor I've liked the final couple a lot less then the times I didn't. I try hard not to attack contestants personally, I've learned from seasons of watching the Bach and posting a few message boards that anyone can pop up on here and make you want to eat your words. Gosh, I was so indifferent to Vienna on Jake's season that her aunt decided to PM with me! I don't attack contestants as a faceless monster from behind my computer, but I do say what I think are things they can improve upon and I wouldn't be surprised watching the season back that Allie didn't learn some things about herself as well.

However, there are other reasons that I do not think Allie is the F1 and that has nothing to do with me thinking she's thin skinned. That has nothing to do with love.

I will say that I don't care for the relationship they are showing of Ben and Allie... blame editing or Eva or whoever, but it is what it is. Sometimes you get a good vibe about a couple and sometimes you just don't feel it. It happens.

This forum shouldn't be insistent about everyone agreeing -- in fact, after last night's episode, I already feel repulsed by two of the top contenders for Desiree!! I have no idea what most of you see in them, but that shouldn't cause arguments. It's just a silly television show!!
