Does anyone ever notice that in most of Sean's pictures, in an embrace his fist is closed when resting on someone's shoulder instead of an open palm and touching? Of course, this doesn't happen all the time but the majority of times. Even when he kissed someone during the Bachelor season.

I'm not a body language expert but this gesture comes across as an intimately "closed" person.

I agree with you on Sean coming off as intimately closed. Could be his way of dealing with being a 're-born virgin?'. I am sure his had to build a control mechanism so as to stay true to his convictions. He's said its not the easiest thing to do though!! That wall will most likely come off after their marriage is consummated.

This picture is a more recent example of the "closed fist" observation I made earlier. For some reason, his style is a clenched fist when embracing someone. Could be just a personal preference and not a reflection of his guardedness but definitely a gesture that body language experts would comment on.
