I think Nashville to LA is a two hour change difference. Nashville is in Central Time Zone.

Sorry I know that. I wasn't paying attention to what I was writing! I live in Houston and one of my kids went to school in Nashville. Same time zone.

just a hunch, but I suspect his manager may have negotiated chartered, private aircraft for travel to and from the various Southern Women's shows he's doing ... if not, he's going to have a long day today and if I were him I'd be giving my manager the stink eye Redfacemad

you can't get from LA to Nashville by 1 pm on the same day on a commercial flight; he'd have had to have either flown out yesterday afternoon and spent the night in Nashville, or taken the redeye and get in early this morning

I wonder how much he gets paid for these appearances? Like $10k you think? It seems like quite the hassle in the middle of his busy schedule. He is probably getting so sick and tired of answering the same questions over and over.

I suspect the contract he signed with the SWS was a package deal, where he got paid a set amount in return for agreeing to appear at a fixed number of shows (maybe 4 or 5 of them, for example); the contract likely contained language that allowed the show to request additional appearances in return for more money, which means he would be able to control his scheduling on any extra shows he agrees to do. As for how much he received, I have no idea, but I'd guess it would be between $50K-$100K and the show picks up all travel expenses (hopefully including private air travel to and from the shows)
