VO & PI's - Bachelorette 9 - Discussion

Another very obvious splicing in last week's deleted scene, where Zak and Des has their first kiss:

One sentence was taken from 3 different PI:

1)  "I already have a lot of feelings invested in her ..."
2)  "... and today ..."
3)  "... I wanna see, if those feelings are reciprocated."

"There's nothing I can say to make it better"

I know you've already discussed this being Brooks but I'm late to the party. I just noticed it today when watching the previews yet again. I believe there's been some talk about someone possibly leaving & coming back so maybe could explain why he isn't in any Antigua SCs so far.

I'm in love with Des.

I'm with LM & am also convinced it's Chris. Definitely not Drew although I think he's speaking right before it (I've been waiting my entire life for this moment).

I have no problem with the spoilers that Brooks is the f1 and Chris the f2 however I'd like there to be SCs to back it up and I don't believe there are.

One VO on next week's promo has Chris talking about falling in love and being able see it in Des' eyes, feel it in her kisses, etc.  The part where he talks about it being in her kisses flashes the Brooks/Des kiss in the igloo hotel.

Also, after hearing more from Chris, I am not as sure as I was that it was Brooks who said, "I'm falling in love with Des."  It could be Chris, but I'm still leaning the way of Brooks, just no longer 99.9% leaning.   It doesn't really matter I guess because I believe they both do fall in love with her.

i've been thinking the same thing. i have no idea what part brooks plays in the james drama but if he does leave and come back then i'm guessing it was because of whatever went down with james and the guys. atem said fleiss said there was so much tension with the guys at one point that some considered getting bodyguards. :shocked!: i don't know where she heard that, maybe the fleiss interview recording?

Who says this in the preview for next week: It's really hard to bite your tongue, to be a good christian, to be a good man and I'm honestly worried about tonight? Does anyone think it might be Ben?

What's funny about that preview is when Chris says I can feel it in her kisses and they do cut away to Brooks and Des' igloo kiss. Thought it was a bit cruel of the editors. Like "oh yeah? You wanna see what Des feels about your kisses?" That wasn't nice to me.

I thought it was Ben when I heard it, but haven't focused on it much since the show.

Me, too! One of the reasons I like the Bachelorette best is because of some of the friendships formed between the guys I like. Men will be boys and do the funny cut up stuff and just have a good time. Glad to hear they follow each other on Twitter. Last episode you could tell that Brooks and Chris mess with each other.

I feel pretty sure the "I'm in love with Des" is not Brooks - his voice usually has a gravelly quality. I can't tell between Chris and Drew.

I may be in the minority but I think it's chris that says "I'm slowly but surely falling in love with des" and brooks says" she can say it with her eyes, kisses, etc.....
