I find that I need to clean out my history/cookies etc more often lately. Once I do that it gets out little annoying bugs. Also it's not
cut and dry with IG. There are so many ways to copy pics depending on what device you're using what browser and what options you get. It's not easy but once you know the options, it's easier.

I have several different methods depending on what options I get when I choose the pic. Chrome has a great "hover zoom" app. When you put your mouse over the pic it gives you the choice to copy the url and you can paste it here in images.

ETA: this is the easiest program ever! I just posted a vid in Brooks thread, I couldn't get to embed earlier. It took all of 10 seconds!

Now I have another question: (Sorry I am too tech challenged :Nod: )
I have no problem viewing this forum using my Mac. However, when I use my iPad, there's this ad coming up vertically that blocks top part of my screen. How do I get rid of it?

Sdmom, I'm having the same problem on my iPad. It just started in the last couple of days...and it's so annoying. It only happens with the BestBuy ad. Sometimes I refresh the page to see if I can get a new ad in its place.

Otherwise, I work around it by opening the thread that's blocked. It defaults to page 1 of that thread. I then select the last page. It's extra work, but it's the only solution that I've come up with.

iPad ad's have been an ongoing problem with iPad users. It's not a forumotion issue. Ad's are turned off for members. Once you log in your shouldn't see any ads.

I believe an adblocker is the only solution that might help iPad users. I believe Safari is the worse for ads using an iPad. IDK, I don't use an iPad.

Thanks Litta! Good to know I am not alone! Yes, it's the same bestbuy ad.
GA, I always log in but the problem still occurs. Like Litta said, I just have to click the first page to get into the thread. Maybe I will try to log out then log in again?
I hope other iPad users have a simpler solution.

Since more and more people are using the Apple phones and tablets for browsing the Internet it is becoming increasingly annoying that ads are infesting the mobile browsers.

Here are some choices for adblockers for Ipads. I have not used any of these links however there is a lot of information out there pertaining to the annoying ad's with iPads.

If you're posting a link, you can use the description box. Insert link, paste the link, right underneath Description, you can enter anything you like related to that link so it shows up with the name you have applied. See above, "testing naming the link" "Forumotion"

The main thing to remember with quoting is to always make sure , you are starting to type after the [/ quote]. That's when posts get all mixed up into one big post if it's not done properly. The / represents the end.

There is a lot of information in the Rules section about posting and there are also testing threads where you can test and play around.
