It ended up being a tie game and the announcer just mentioned it is like "kissing your rival".

A tie in sports is like kissing your sister

A tie in sports is not fun because neither side wins the game. You would rather win and be excited about it. Just like it is more fun and exciting to kiss your girlfriend or wife.

The overtime rules do change during the play-offs though.

I did tweet him and asked if he was referring to the football game or The Bachelor just in case. :giggle:

Ok, I wasn't a watching the game. Yeah, I know the NFL system, just ties are very rare. I just didn't know one was in the offing.

It's very likely that the football result is the correct interpretation of the tweet (due to the timing with the game), but there is another possibility. It's not uncommon for fellow believers to refer to each other as brothers and sisters in Christ. Since several of the F4 seem to be women of faith, it's possible that Millsy was teasing Sean. Again, not saying this is how we should interpret it, but just throwing it out to be considered.

RS' new column today:

Heading into the holiday season, with the show about to wrap filming and the premiere not until Jan. 7th, that’s about 7 weeks of nothing going on, so the column will probably be few and far between. But once the season ramps up, it’ll be back to normal. Obviously sometime between now and Jan. 7th, I will have your episode-by-episode spoilers. I know a lot of you get “spoiled” and want me to have the information 2 seconds after it happens, but it just doesn’t work that way. Go look at past “Bachelor” seasons and you’ll know that filming always ends right before Thanksgiving, and then I don’t give out the episode-by-episode spoilers til usually the first or second week of December. The last couple of seasons I’ve had the ending before I had everything, I expect much of the same this time around. I noticed that WetPaint ran a story last week that I forgot to address about Sean possibly getting engaged on his birthday, Nov. 16th, which is this Friday. They were close. Missed it by one day. The final rose ceremony taking place in Thailand will actually be this Saturday, the 17th.

I also saw yesterday where they ran a story about a Twitter account that had a picture of finalist AshLee Frazier, in a Thailand hotel with a show producer. That hotel is the Rua Rasada in Trang, Thailand. Was news to me until I saw the story, so that means that AshLee obviously made it past hometowns and at least to the final 3. What I can say is that the picture is from either where she’s staying or where her overnight date took place, since the final rose ceremony is definitely not taking place at that hotel or in that city. Once the final 3 head out to the final location, each obviously gets an overnight date but they are always in three different places within the city that they’re in. So AshLee’s looks like hers was there, or she was just staying there, since they usually separate all three in different hotels as well. But the final rose ceremony is not taking place in Trang or at the Rua Rasada Hotel.
