I re-watched this scene a couple of times and when they show Sean saying this he is saying it to someone with her hair pulled back in that clip part way but the rest is down. (It was the one we were dissecting earlier. Ashlee or Catherine). When they show Catherine's face it becomes a VO. My opinion is that he wasn't saying this originally to Catherine and we won't see him say it to Ashlee (?) but it was an editing clue from the producers that she is the F1.

I'm going to guess LA or St. Croix and probably an RC (he's in a tie) given the nighttime, outdoor temperatures. Wonder if it's at Sean's villa on St. Croix....or another RC location.

This looks like the LA mansion kind of...

I'm right there with you Irish. Sean's a nice guy, but I can readily see him being "influenced" into proposing even if he wasnt 100% feeling it. I think that's the whole reason they cast him to begin with. He just seems malleable.

If it was someone other than Sean doing the proposing I may tend to agree, However, I do NOT see Sean proposing for the heck of it and to make MF happy. He's said too many times that he wants to propose once, marry once ,ect... Why on earth would he make himself look like a fool just to satisfy MF? MF and Co. are pretty desperate at this point to get a marriage out of a Bachelor and his pick. He knows nobody's buying what they're selling any longer. I don't see Sean as being any more easily "used" than say if it was Arie that was the Bach this season..I'm all for watching the season play out and seeing what happens. However, I will probably be one of the first to pass out if Sean and his chosen one stays together and not because she got a date late in the season..

Sadly it seems that gets thrown around every season. : ( I think it's totally unfair to Sean and Catherine both. I choose to just wait and watch the season before making any big judgement calls.

yes, but the Cinderella date came close to the HTDs.
