Thanks!!! My 4 day old grand daughter. (I'm just a tad proud).

But just how "in the know" is Ryan Seacrest?

Could he be saying what TPTB want him to?

Although I am intrigued by this idea the ABC execs could be pushing for someone else ... that would mean they have contact with someone who wants the job and who they think would generate ratings, doesn't it? Not some Joe-nobody.

sorry, I misread it - happens easily unfortunately. I know that on his radio show he does do little 'updates' so it's possible that he is affiliated with the franchise.

I would be in favor of a new person, for sure. We have enjoyed that in the past and their will not be a split with Sean lovers vs those who think he is less than. Those lines have already been drawn by some and may be tricky for this board.

That said, I never thought I would like Emily as much as I did/do.

Ryan (swimmer) will NEVER be considered! Poor guy thinks he is going to get into acting. He is in for a shock when he learns that he is preceived as one who is not too bright and very dull.

They always conceal humor! The outakes give us a little taste. I will never understand why.

To change Arie's mind you'd have to change Fleiss's mind. They didn't want him for whatever reason. Does anyone actually believe Arie passed up the chance to be the the Bach? 0 chance. He's smarter than that.
