The Bachelor 17 - Speculation/Spoilers - Discussion

I can't see any choice being a "default" this season, as all three contenders are head and shoulders above the last few leads they have had, and most of the also rans as well. If they made their decision weeks ago, I think that MF was just "milking it" specifically BECAUSE he knew that each of the three had his own large and loyal fan base, and it was just a way of building excitement for next season.

Arie issuing that press release taking him out of the running would have had to have been approved by TPTB, correct? I thought they weren't allowed to comment on whether they turned it down without producer consent. So if he did indeed do so, or if the producers okayed him announcing it as a "face saving" measure because they've chosen somebody else (being labeled a "reject" wouldn't be great PR for his racing career), since it gives the impression that he did turn it down without actually saying so, is up for debate. And if Arie did decide against doing the show and pull himself out of contention, perhaps it was because, after what recently happened with Jem in the tabloids, he started thinking about how he might get skewered as the lead, IF there really are some "skeletons in his closet" regarding his lovelife that would get dug up? If so (and only he knows for sure what's "out there"), can't say I blame him.

Regarding the tweets between Sean and Emily O, she struck me as having a wicked and snarky sense of humor, so although I must admit I didn't think Sean had it in him, IMO there's no doubt that was a funny, flirty exchange between the two, and probably a continuation of some joking around that was going on when they had their get together. Makes me more hopeful that a Sean season won't be as "white bread" as I would have initially expected.

Jeremy has a child now too. About 2 years old.

Thanks GG! I had seen that picture on his Twitter page and just assumed it was his nephew.

I see pro's of Roberto season and pro's of a Sean's season.

Roberto is the guy I'd marry (whoops, already am)

So it's likely this was some accidental discovery?

I'll never forget one day my office mate and I, years and years ago, were talking family, kids, the whole nine yards .... long before either of us had any of the above. This guy was the shyest, quietest, reserved guy. But when it came to not having kids yet, he immediately joked, "well, not that I know of."

I have no recollection of hearing about Jeremy getting married, ever. Doesn't mean it couldn't have happened, but I think it is unlikely. I hate to admit it, but I usually follow the gossip. Especially weddings. I love weddings.
