Is your friend familiar with the exact settlement between them or is he just speaking generally?

This whole debacle could become a much bigger story than Emily's finale....more publicity for Fleiss.

Especially with all the emails he gets with info. Plus this site. All he has to do is prove the info was already public

He is on a roll.... Either he is super pissed or trying hard to get people to tune in despite knowing how everything goes down. Or he is playing along so we "think" we know what will happen

I agree, hard time proving that - would a penalty for violating the agreement have to show damages also?

Why would MF keep this going all day and direct people to the spoilers if they were true?? Not to mention how much traffic he has probably driven to RS's site. He will probably make a fortune from click thrus from this week
