He must have sold proof RS is in breach of contract. He must have contacted a contestant. The contract never said he wasnt allowed to spoil

I thought RS was also not allowed to contact cast/crew members.

Is cast members not allowed to contact him? I know RS is a jerk but Mike Fleiss is a bigger jerk.

They can contact him from what I understand

I doubt MF would have never settled if to allow that kind of ambiguity.

RS was caught soliciting information from contracted employees. He knew the contracts were in force and but advised blowing it off.

Certainly, MF attorneys would have continued to probe into who and how much was paid to obtain secrets during Ashley's and Ben's seasons, but halted in exchange for RS agreeing to stop.

Seems reasonable to me, given timing and content of his latest blog that RS hasn't.

MF maybe a pig for a variety of reasons, but RS is a snake for soliciting to obtain and publish spoilers to make money and, from my point of view, no different than fencing stolen merchandise.

With all honestly, had RS not been so obnoxiously flagrant about what he was doing back then, not only by contacting contestants as he did but by the kind of details he published, MF wouldn't have had the kind of evidence to take action. Settlement is not a do-over for RS --- he's tainted.

I thought about that. Either Emily doesn't say that or Arie does spend time in a FS. But MF's first "Kaboom" was before RS gave away details of last night.
