Still nothing filed in CDCal today.

Is it weird that I find the war between RS and FL more entertaining and compelling then I find this season of the Bachette?

I think the producers are ok with leaks if they put them out there, like sc etc.. But going behind their backs and having contestants spill even though they signed a contract I think was the big issue in all of this. That and the fact that RS would pay them for their info..Honestly I am rather happy with this turn of events. What happens in the future will be interesting for sure.

I'd bet a dollar to a donut RS knew the F1 before the season ever started and only because of the lawsuit he had to keep his mouth shut.;

You would think that if it is RS that MF is talking about that he would have learned the first time that MF and ABC went after him for doing stuff he shouldn't have. But i guess he is just to full of himself to realize that next time neither MF and ABC probably wont let him off so easily.

Initiate is the key qualifier. But everyone in the audience is also under contract, as are family members. As are the Ex Cast bloggers I think.

It could be someone else entirely who violated an agreement, not Steve. But the EXUBERANCE in Fleiss' tweets evokes Steve controversy to me, as all of you.

Also, it could be that disputes are agreed to be handled out of court, i.e., arbitration, which is what the standard contracts with contestants etc have always mandated.

Folks on Tweeter are finding MF to be out to lunch about this issue or one of his publicity stunts.

One gal suggested that there should be an onscreen confrontation between RS and MF at the ATFR seeing how it's become a bigger story than the romance this season.

I feel like at some point Steve said they didn't have a case because they would never be able to prove that he financially "damaged" the show in anyway. He just couldnt intice someone to illegally breach thier confidentiality agreement. To me that implies he can report on what they tell him but can not solicit that information in any fashion. This has to do with the Arie oiler Yesterday because RS spoiled the season on Tuesday so unless MF didn't know that until sat night, this has to be about a specific leak. But if MF set him up I'm not sure how a judge would feel about that either.
