Arie Luyendyk Jr: I think you'll definitely have to see the show for that, because there's a lot that'll happen. And you know, I take a big risk this week and I break the rules, and I may not even get that opportunity.

What does he mean?

It is a weird thing to say. It's like he is trying to imply the risk he takes by sneaking to see her effects or foreshadows his going home? I noticed in the media discription of the show they had a line in there o the effect of, one Bach sneaks to see Emily but how will he be recieved. Sounds canned but the rest of the interview didn't so who knows

It looks like that is what he is implying.

But why would Emily not be grateful to him for taking the risk after she chewed him up last wee for not ? Doesn't make sense (but what does this season ?)

Racecar driver Arie's mouth was running a mile a minute Friday morning on a conference call with ETonline. The adrenaline rush may have gotten the best of him by possibly accidentally dropping a major Bachelorette bombshell.

When prompted if he'd be interested in starring as the next Bachelor, he responded, "My fiancé might not approve of that." Is this a foreshadowing of things to come? Is he engaged to Emily Maynard? To another lucky girl? Or, is this a ploy to send the media into a frenzy and he's actually still an eligible bachelor?

In the conversation, Arie prepared us for this upcoming Monday's episode, which he labeled as a "turning point" in their budding relationship. "I don't think that would happen this soon," he said.

It makes sense because it appears at she does because in one write up of the show it says she kisses him good night afterwards. He also says its a big turning point for him so it seems this risk has a big payoff for him. Why they want him to imply otherwise is beyond me.

I wonder if the group date and that hot kiss we see is before or after he sneaks off to see her? That might help

Sad that he didn't feel it important enough to break the rules to tell a woman he was supposed to be falling in love with that her daughter was being discussed in such a manner, but when he saw a chance to try to make up for that and make himself look better by getting another guy sent home, he was all for it. Wasn't that just drama in the house also and something Em should have been allowed to find out for herself ( Ryan not being there for her) As for the feelings part, had to notice he didn't say anything about his feelings for Em growing or hers for him.. We could all tell he liked her. As for a connection that sets them apart from the others? :giggle: Of course they have one. Racing. We knew that from the start.. :giggle: They both love it....Em doesn't care for football. Ask Ryan. ; ) but she does love her some skateboarding... Can't wait to read Jef's next week.

Arie addresses most the things you question in his inteview such as baggage/drama issues (and yes, it was pure trumped up drama) No one bled, no one got hurt, Ricki wasnt affected at all. Big to do about nothing - just a reason fo Kalon to get to go home. If you dont like Arie, I guess you could twist this anyway you want, but in reality, he did address his and Emily's feelings and his motives in doing what he did.

They asked him about proposing. I think that was the question. I read it that he might not get the opportunity to meet Ricki at all, nor that he might not get the opportunity to propose. Which I think is what the spoilers tell us: Arie did neither.
