Next week is the week I have been looking forward to most! At this point, I was ready to get back to the United States, meet the families and see baby pictures.

I love baby pictures! I hope she gets to see some, even though Ames already showed her his!

It could have been... because I don't think he stayed long enough to hear that they spent the night in seperate rooms. I have it on DVR and will be rewatching it soon!

he did because I remember thinking that that should've calmed him down, knowing they didn't sleep in the same bed - he didn't.

I'll definitely be watching that part again - I'm not exactly sure at what point JP walked out in relation to what Ben was saying.

Again, LOVE her blog! She expresses herself so well when she writes it out. No doubt in my mind that JP is F1. :27:

I think Ashley making it extra clear that they slept in separate rooms (when it was already stated on the show) was telling. Also, she was told it would be an overnight date, so it wasn't her choice to have that with Ben (although of the 3 options available, no doubt he was her choice). It's pretty clear that the producers were hoping to "ramp up" her connection with Ben at that point in order to have some competition with JP for her affections. Whether the remainder of time left was enough to turn the tide still remains to be seen.

If she's defending JP, while at the same time trying to minimize how intimate her date was with Ben in her blog, and Ben's her F1, I feel bad for him. Hope the journal helps! :giggle:

Ashley S. also made it a point on her twitter to make sure everyone knew nothing happened on that overnight. If she was with her F1 on that date, why bother to explain nothing happened? jmo

This actually reminds me of Ali being all coy about her FD with Roberto - she didn't stop any implications where she did mention that there was someone that had higher expectations about what an FD and being in a room in private entailed...

I think Ash is a worrier, she hates sending guys home, she remembers what that feels like. I noted the defense of showing emotions, which I agree is in support of JP but her biggest fear as a Bach contendender was looking "stupid". I think JP is a proud guy and this could be her way of defending what she put him through if he turns out to be F2. Either way emotions are going to running high with both of the F2....the FRC is going to be difficult to watch that's for sure.

I agree with you... but I think it's leading me to a different conclusion! :D I think because Ash is a worrier and hates that she hurt people she is more prone to comfort those in her blog by name who she can't comfort post show in real life. I thought the same thing last year, figuring that Brad wasn't speaking specifically about Chantal and saying so much about Emily because his F1 was hearing the comfort in private. Little did I know that Sweet Little Em' was actually a spitfire who alternated between not picking up his calls or guilting him Brad into new shoes! Brad's blog had to be written to comfort his F1, which did give me pause this year. But Ash isn't Brad and I just think the more traditional view of the blog applies.

I think Ashley is very kind. This blog reads to me that she's defending her man (and ultimately defending her choice as well) and giving a shout out to her F2 - F6 (minus Ames, where's the love for Ames?) as great guys who ultimately weren't right for her. I'll let you know how I feel in 5 minutes, but that's how I'm reading it now!
