If Emily didn't want the ring, think the jeweler who donated it for publicity would have a problem with that?

I don't think this magazine is a reliable source of detailed information.

Probably because the article (or at least the summary of the article) only mentioned the proposal. IIRC, these articles usually have details about the F2 rejection. I think that was how we learned last season that Lindzi made Ben re-do his rejection of her. It's certainly possible that there's more to the story, and it's just not discussed in this article, of course.

When the info about Roberto and Ali's FRC came out in that magazine, the F2 departure was not mentioned then too right?
No idea. I checked out of her season around Episode 6 and missed all the during-show and post-show coverage.

I think the f2 was let go previously. Just like Ali did. Which I totally feel is the right thing to do. Over the years people have said it is heartbreaking to let one go, then you have to turn around and be happy. I never liked that at all.

I have always thought it would be better to let some guys go at the htd. Why pay the expense of having them fly back just for the rc. After all the f1 doesn't see the other guys anyway.

As far as the ring goes. MF stated that Neil Lane better bring his "A" game. To me that meant his more expensive rings. Does that surprise me. Not in the least. He has gotten his money's worth from the show after all these seasons.

MF also knows this is a season he needed to redeem the show in the public's eyes. So he'd be going all out. JMO

correct, she has to give it back until the AFRC.

You mean corporate money (production company, ABC). I'm not outraged. I think it's an hypocrisy. And a missed opportunity to make point. We all know these TV engagements are a fallacy in that even the happiest of couples post filming needs to START a relationship.

It is not shocking that Emily wants an exquisite ring.

Lots of people make great money. I commend him for at least doing his part....it is more than a lot of people do.

There is literally no indication that Jef "gives money". He works for a company he helped to found thatin an abstract sense raises money in the sense that some corporate revenues are diverted to digging wells. Corporate revenues are plowed back into growing a start up, not distributed to owners. Founders/Owners get stock, stock options, and some salary. I have no clue what any People Water individuals do with their income, nor does anyone here. Growing a start up beverage company, particularly in the bottled water space, is very very difficult. I doubt they have ANY profit that isn't plowed back into the highly intensive capital undertaking of launching a distribution network. Launching a new national brand is very very expensive, requiring many rounds of financing. Jef isn't getting rich off PW at this stage. He is a founder in a start up that they all hope "pops" in a material way in an over crowded market place.

Is it a gimmick to price your water product so that you can use the expensive biodegradableplastics, and shift portion of proceeds to well building? Not necessarily. But as some have pointed out in this very thread right now, it is ultimately a business plan.

If you want to see something WICKED cool in the Do-Good beverage space, check out Not For Sale (anti trafficking group)upcoming launch of REBBL tea. One of the coolest things I've ever been privy too.

I thought he drove to SC to see his parents and was spotted in NC because he had to drive through there. I don't remember it being in the airport but I could be wrong. But I thought he did that trip after memorial weekend. Didnt San confirm that the weekend of the 30th was a safe house weekend so the article coincides with that no? Wasnt Arie ant Indy and Sean at a wedding that weekend anyway?

I totally understand it is business strategy. But I still maintain at least something good is coming of it.
What is REBBL? I am working now (shouldn't even be typing this)...no time to research now.
