I thought I saw that in the video clip of just Ryan and it was every bit as bad as it sounds. Also not impressive was him talking about being TB while still on the Bachelorette. I'm not and have never been a Ryan fan and from what I've seen I wouldn't like to see sweet Kacie with him. Even if editing is making him worse than he is, I still get a vibe that he's a bit on the controlling side based on some of his actions with Emily.

A funny thing about it was that after video surfaced of Emily and Ryan's first date I would think 75% of this board loved Ryan (I was not one of those). I loved him during the M&G, but he has quickly declined in each episode for me. Most were absolutely shocked, including me, that he didn't make the F4. At the time many though he must have left her, like Mickey left Ashley. My how times have changed. Now all I wonder is how he stayed until F8.

I'll admit watching the video clip of him, some of the things he said to Emily didn't impress me either and that clearly wasn't editing, but I think much of the talk about him being the next Bachelor was. I do think he probably did come onto the show wanting that though. I'm probably a little biased since he was one of my preseason favorites and I never expected his edit would turn out like this, so I do want to give him the benefit of the doubt. It'll probably be hard these next few episodes. :Frown:

Word, word, word, to all of it. Back when the pics of his and Emily's date came out and everyone was gushing over him, I couldn't get his appeal either. He completely won me over with his sign at the M&G, but it's been all downhill since then. I don't think he's a bad guy IRL, but he obviously gave TPTB enough rope to hang him in the edit. I can't figure out how he stuck around either.

I'm thinking it's the classic Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: around the guys, Ryan is one way, but to Emily, he's Mr. Perfect. She doesn't know at all his duplicity and keeps giving him time/dates (probably the producers' choice, not hers) until someone tells her about Ryan, which prompts her to rescind the rose from his second 1:1. Now I think that Ryan gets the London GD rose much to the chagrin of the other guys. He's undone somewhere in Dubrovnik after his date. I'm thinking of Jef's "she needs to be warned about guy's like that."

I can't believe he does either, unless not much was going on to hold the interest of the viewers. I'm really surprised they didn't put in the Allesandro/Stevie vampire scenes, I'd of loved that! giggling

This season for me is a big disappointment, especially in the men department.

No it is definitely Kalon as Ryan makes it to Croatia and that scene happens in London on the GD after party.
