The date was wrong, it was 2012 :yes:

I accidentally deleted the year during my copy-paste process, and wrote it back in as 2011 Embarassed

I love him! I wonder if his faith may have made him leave (assuming he left b/c I refuse to believe she let Ryguy go) I mean there is a ton of alcohol and kissing and eventually overnight dates not to mention the "drama" we have yet to see btwn the guys in the mansion. I imagine the last thing he wants is his "kids" or anyone to see him in those circumstances. I may be wrong & if so I will gladly retract my Rylove but this guy is one of the best guys I have ever seen & if his standards really are that high good for him!! He will find love & I will not believe he is gone until I "see" it myself. LOL ! :rosiecolored

I guess I don't under why a legit rose cut is unbelievable .. He was cut early in the process .. Obviously not meant to be .. Just seems he is so idolized and perfect .. No one is that perfect .. Maye he was a protect your heart kinda guy ..

Agreed!

I'm not saying he's not a nice, cute , great guy but, there are alot of them in the world, and probably several on Emily's season. You can't fall in love with every great guy. Your heart is going to click and fall for one. It doesn't, necessarily mean he did anything wrong. There are other christian/spiritual guys on the show also. People can grow up in the same church congregation, both be attractive, date ,and still not fall for each other even with tons of things in common. It's really not that hard to fathom, happens all the time outside the Bachelor bubble.

I guess I am most bummed because even if he never wound up F1 I thought he would have a good chance at the Bach. I thought for that reason alone TPTB would have made Emily take him to at least F4. JMO but I don't believe that Emily is falling in love all 4 guys left... Ryan could have easily taken one of their places. I guess they didn't really want him as the next lead and I hope I make out why when watching the show ( or he simply didn't want it and others maybe did).

Sorry all the Ryan fans are bummed. :Frown: I'm sure Em had good reason to let him go and keep the guys she has left. It's probably better for him to be let go early to save him any heartbreak.

I personally think Ryan would have made a good stable partner for Emily and a great influence for her child, but I also wonder if he wasn't edgy and exciting enough for her?

However, that doesn't matter in the long run because this guy is going to have the women all over him just as soon as he is able to re-surface. He is going to attract women with the same strong Christian ideals that he has, and he is also going to attract those who don't profess Christianity simply because of his looks, and he comes across as a nice guy. Emily is going to fade into the background of his memory!
What we may see happen is what we have seen many times before....the contestant finds someone and marries, but the lead remains single.

BTW, Ryan isn't perfect any more than any of the rest of us, but I suspect he tries hard to be as nice to folks as he can.
