I didn't quite understand this tweet... he meant they were fighting for 1 on 1 time with emily? and literally got into a fight and had heart attack?

I think he is talking about their 1-1 talk time with her during the cocktail party. They are having serious discussions with her because they are fighting for her attention and affection.
