Do you think we'll get pictures, etc. from tomorrow night's group date? Or was this the only date we'll likely get pics and stuff from since it was pretty much open to the public?

From the brief footage in those videos Ryan did not look her in the eyes much and one of the pics showed him with one arm around her and the other in his pocket while she had both of her arms around him. Sure is was a strained situation but I am not feeling it with this one. :) Way to early to tell, just felt compelled to comment. :)

I was just about to post the same thing. I agree with you. Emily seems to be having a great time and really at ease though. Which is great to see. JMO

All the pictures were great! After watching that video someone tweeted, what a tough thing to be on such a public date for your "first date". I would think it would get easier as filming moves along, you'd get use to the cameras being front and center. Hopefully they had some time alone to talk.

^I kind of wonder if that's why they did this for the first date. To sort of help Emily get over her camera shyness by diving it head first. If she can be comfortable with the cameras AND all those people around, it'll make the rest of the dates easier for her.

I had the EXACT feeling yesterday.

Is he infatuated to be with THE bachelorette versus being with her... fame whore or trophy wife ?

but she may asked him to help her to face the public. she does not seem at ease with too many people looking at her. So did he take the role to protect her as a friend would do too?

He must be sweet tho because her body language says that she trusts him to protect her.

But I also have the odd feeling that is not the one. He looks gentleman and i loved one pic when they go out of the car.
