Ryan is certainly not a "tool". He is an extremely nice, southern, Christian man who treats anybody and everybody with respect. He has an innate way of making everyone feel comfortable around him. Good luck Ryan!

I really don't think he will be F1 JMO but stranger things have happened. I'm gonna say he will most likely be the biggest contender for the next Bachelor esp like you said F3 fan favorite. I could deal with that. giggling

ETA: I posted earlier in the edit thread that I saw an Ali - type edit for this season... good F1, wonderful F2 <----- maybe Ryan.

Well, I'll be rooting for him to stick around for a while, whether he connects with Emily or not, because he's the hottest of all the guys we've seen so far for this season, IMO. Yowza! :Drool:

And if Emily doesn't want him, he'll make a great next Bachelor, especially if he's such a nice guy to boot. Then I could enjoy 2 whole seasons of him. Hugesmile

Last season Kacie got the first 1-on-1 date and she ended up being the F4. She was the fan favorite obviously and I would not be shocked if Ryan ended up becoming one of the fan favorites this season as well. He already has fans now because his date was so public.

JMO I would love it if the fan favorite ended up being the F1. It would make things easier on Emily and the guy she ended up with.

I know that the chances of Ryan becoming the F1 are slim, but you never know.

ETA: If the lead falls in love with someone other then the fan favorite then I am glad they followed their heart or didn't settle. I hope my post didn't come off differently.

Nope! I understood what you were trying to say. :Nod: I think the primary reason Ashley overcame her edit was because JP was so popular with the viewers. Even though Emily will probably receive a kinder edit, people will be thrilled if she ends up with the favorite and disgruntled if she chooses someone who's not so well-liked. I also think that it could end up being a situation like Ali's, where Chris was probably the fan favorite, but Roberto was still such a good guy, that people were able to be happy for them after the finale.
