Umm... I'm getting really nervous now.. especially after knowing that Travis got one of the 1 on 1 dates in episode 6...

I think the best thing to do is not get your hopes up over anyone... I think Emily is smart enough to ask the right questions to every guy to find who is best for her, whether that's Ryan or someone else.

Humph! There's a darn good reason why the South leads the way unfortunately in obesity statistics rates, and imo it's all that good ole down home cooking. Like the rest of us, I bet he likes them biscuits and gravy and all that Southern fried food, but looking at him and what he owns and operates? I bet he is like me and foregoes a lot of it ( when he can!!) for better choices. It is awfully hard, though.

Ewww! Yuk! Better choices to me means grilled chicken, skip the biscuit and gravy, and maybe eat the biscuit ( which already is loaded with fat and buitter yum!) with just jam instead of adding more butter, try to skip the french fries, leave off the fried okra (oh gee....) those type things. I also try to skip the macoroni and cheese which looks like cheese and butter with a little macaroni and go for the green beans instead.
I don't have a weight problem at all, but even though there was no high blood pressure in either one of my parents, mine is border line - even with no extra weight - so I try to skip the extra fat and fried stuff for my heart.

Ryan works hard while playing football and working out to keep that body in shape. I am certain he can down some food if he is anything like all other males I know. I don't care what he eats, I'd learn to cook it for him I too am just having some fun. I am very happy in my current relationship!
