Logline: Jenn and her men head to Auckland, New Zealand, as her journey to find love continues. While connections soar and the men tackle their competition for her heart, an unexpected visitor arrives, leaving Jenn more confused than ever.

Next, the fight for Jenn’s heart escalates as a group of men step up their game in a competitive rugby match. Later, Jenn and one man deepen their understanding of New Zealand’s Māori culture as they explore their relationship, while an unexpected visitor shows up, leaving Jenn more confused than ever.

Nasty Sam gets a single date. Devin is not thrilled. He hopes that Jenn actually has a serious conversation with Sam. He thinks that then Jenn will see what the other guys in the house see about Sam.

Jenn takes Sam to dinner on this tower. She sees someone jumping from the roof and the waiter comes over and offers then a jump. Sam says yes for both of them. She doesn't appreciate that because she is afraid of heights and he never even asked her. He is pumped and wants to do it. I'm sure production told him to get her to jump, but he is not really being very supportive to her. Jerk.

Funny bit...Jesse is talking to Jenn before she meets the guys and tells her that the reason they don't eat on dates any more...at least on camera...is because of him chowing down so much during his season and they couldn't understand him. After that they made the rule about not eating. He has such a good sense of humor and can make fun of himself.

Finally Sam offers some support, but she almost had to freak out for him to step up and realize how scared she was. He just didn't seem to understand. He says he will make it up to her tonight. She again brings up their physical attraction, but wants to see tonight if there is anything more. I doubt it. I think he is an a**.

Back at the hotel Devin gets the other single date. He is so happy.

Meanwhile, Jenn and Sam are on some random rooftop having "dinner".

Sam wants wild and passionate love. Someone who will choose you endlessly. She is opening up, but we are not seeing much from him. Even when he tells her he would choose her it comes across as flat. He than reveals that his fiance told him that there was someone else and she wasn't picking him. He says that it is hard for him to open up and express himself through words. That of course made everything better and she sits on him and they make out.

Jenn may like him, but I still think he is a jerk.

Loved the Jesse segment about eating too much when he was the bachelor. The clips were such a throwback!

But Sam M was not a good supportive boyfriend when they were on the tower. Actually he was almost laughing at her fear. He eventually got with the program but I’m hoping Jenn will remember his insensitivity in the future. Yes, he showed his vulnerability but are they intellectual equals? I think not

The group date will be playing rugby. Jonathan and Marcus have a race running to get to her first.

First there is a Haka ceremony before the game. I always enjoy those. This one seemed very quiet, not like some of the others I have seen. There may be some scores settled on the pitch today.

Marcus is the only one who has played rugby before and he is naturally doing really well. The lovesick Sam is acting weird and tries to carry Jenn. Shaking my head.

Naturally back at the hotel the two guys who can't stand each other are having a p*ssing contest. Apparently neither give a f*ck about one another. Unfortunately for them, production makes then share space so they can create forced awkwardness and hopefully drama.

On the rugby pitch, Sam is going nuts trying to show Jenn how tough he is. He also wrote Jenn's husband on the back of his jersey and carries her off the pitch. Thomas is ticked off and doesn't have his buddy Sam to work him up. He appears so much smaller when he doesn't have Sam there to pump him up.

Sam is carrying the trophy and acts as if he alone won the game. He refuses to move over so Marcus can sit and Marcus tells him to check himself. Jonathan is not impressed. Naturally he grabs Jenn first and gives her a matching jersey to him...Sam's wife. He is talking to Jenn and trying to show her boss energy and keeps talking. She is just nodding her head, but you can tell she is just not into him.

Jonathan then pulls her to play some field hockey. Apparently both he and Jenn played in the past. They make out.

Grant...also make out.

The guys pull Sam to give him a little hard truth. They say there is a fine line between strength and arrogance. He thinks the other guys are loosing their composure and he is calm, so he will win. I doubt it. She just looks like she can't even stand to look at him. I bet tptb forced her to keep him so long. Hopefully he goes tonight. I would certainly be grateful not to have to listen/watch his forced masculinity.

Marcus is next with Jenn. She is worried that he got hurt and brings her stethoscope to make sure he is ok. They have a nice little chat and he opens up a bit. He doesn't like anyone to feel bad for him and doesn't like to accept help. They hug it out. Very sweet.

Meanwhile, virgin Sam is telling the guys he feels he has already won the GD rose. Thomas pulls Sam to b*tch at him. Sam doesn't want to hear him and he walks away. Sam is determined to kiss Jenn tonight and is so worked up that he decides to cut Thomas' time. Not a good move. He then asks for her permission to kiss her. Awkward silence ensues and she then says that she just doesn't see them getting there and let me walk you out. I bet the other guys are cheering. Sam feels confused. I'm not. He needs to watch this. When Jenn tells the guys she sent Sam home, Thomas is just smirking. Yeah, I can guarantee that she doesn't see it with you either!

Marcus gets the GD rose for opening up. He tears up. The other guys give him love.

Great date with Devin. There’s depth there

Here comes Devin and she is taking him on a date to learn about the Maori culture. She is interested in different cultures and wants to know if he can appreciate that. He wants to learn everything about her and he wants her to learn about him.

They are met with a traditional ceremony and are supposed to tell them a little about themselves. Devin shares that he is originally from Mexico and moved to California and now lives in Texas. His parents are divorced. Devin is really embracing this and seems so much calmer away from the guys. Jenn shares how difficult it was for her to be the only Vietnamese person in her town. They are Buddhists and he appreciates all the things she has gone through. He feel some of the same stuff. He wants to share his culture with his family and really wants children and wants an intact family.

I have to say, that I really like both Jenn and Devin more after this part of the date. Both of them seem much more authentic. He isn't as manic and she isn't trying to be as perky. I can see them as a couple...way more than her and sexy Sam.

Evening date at some theater. He is really liking her. He tells her his parents were never together. His parents had a casual fling and his mom got pregnant. His mom was a single mom and worked two jobs. He idolized his dad and didn't understand what his mom went through until he was older and now he gets just how strong his mom was.

Jenn says that she and Devin have a really unique connection that not many people understand. They have a lot in common and have a very emotional connection. He tells her he is falling for her. She says nobody has ever told her that. She is all giddy and emotional. The music starts as they are making out. It's all very romantic. She is very happy and hopeful. He wants it to be him...so bad. Well, who would have thought.

Such a difference between the two single dates. This one was so emotional and they really talked and were getting to know one another. Dang! So far, he is my pick for Jenn. Who would have thunk.

Here comes the fake drama. Guy from Jenn's past is arriving. Just after she is feeling hopeful about her date with Devin and some of the other guys.

Yeah, guy knew exactly where Jenn was and flew out to NZ all on his own. Please. There is a RC in a few hours. Jesse sends him on his way after he tells Jesse that he misses her and wants to tell her he loves her. She doesn't seem thrilled. I bet she knows this is all tptb BS.

He’s cute though. Just very late

Matt is the ex...not the one who messed her up. They dated three years ago and reconnected recently. He wants to be with her. She wonders why he didn't tell her that before she left. She is confused...and TBC.

Next week she tells the other guys at the cocktail party about Matt and that he wants to join them. Sam doesn't care. He trusts her and their making out relationship. (Me thinks he is over confident that the sexual attraction will sway her. I don't). Devin is upset about some guy who let her go waltzing back into her life. So is the mullet guy whose name I don't know. He doesn't think it's fair to the other guys. She sends someone home....I think it's Matt. He doesn't seem like a bad guy, but clearly has some commitment issues.
