I like Paddy too @Sprite and I now think there could be potential with Tyler - couldn't see it before but they seemed to vibe well on their date.  Must have been the matching linen outfits  

I also like Daniel, and the twins seem to have a lot going for them.  Even Josh has a boyish charm.  Don't really understand why it's doing so badly in the ratings - not trashy enough maybe?

So episode 6 and Chelsea chooses Dalton the player over the two nice guys. Enjoy reaping what you've sown there missy; dumb choice IMO.

Katie shows why she's my favourite girl by picking Jesse over Chris, who clearly only wanted a free pass to stick around.  Sad to see Josh go.

ETA:  Well well well.  Look who it is bawling their eyes out next episode.  They try to imply it's Tyler but peep the roman sandals - it's Chelsea.

Chelsea is the drama queen. Just because 3 guys want to date her, she just complicates her own love life. The girls try to warn her about Dalton but she thinks she knows better. All she does is cry.

the tldr? Nobody watches free to air tv anymore so these shows are pointless, chasing a demo that doesn't watch anything that isn't streaming on netflix or other similar platforms. No duh! I coulda told Ten that!

@leavers Agreed.  People just don't sit down in front of their TV at 7:30pm like they used to.  I don't watch any FTA TV aside from ABC 24 live news, and I stream that on my laptop. With shows like this I wait for them to appear on SHV, or previously Bach Archive.  FTA just has way too many ads - who's got time/patience to sit through that?  Not me!  Tenplay doesn't cut it either - still way too many ads.  

Look at the shows that have done well lately - they're either super trashy like MAFS or wholesome like Muster Dogs.  Ch 10 is stuck in no man's land trying things that worked 5 years ago and wondering why they're failing.  They're out of touch with society and how we want entertainment delivered.  I won't get political, but the concentration of media ownership in our country is a big part of the problem IMO.

LOL just watched this episode.  Chooses a player, gets played, didn't see it coming?

"I look like an idiot" she says.  Well YEAH you do; literally everyone told you not to pick him.

What's the betting she's still choosing the exact same types IRL.  Silly silly girl.

I am almost caught up...just episode 8 to get through. Too bad about the ratings, but I am rather enjoying it. Loving the travel and the scenery is beautiful.

Does anyone know how many episodes there are? I am wondering how they will wrap this up.

@Sprite I agree the scenery is delightful and the dates are well shot.  You still couldn't pay me to go on a cruise but I can kind of understand why other people do now.  

I like Katie and the twins.  The rest of the cast are perfectly fine, aside from Chelsea who does my head in (but she got her just desserts so that was satisfying to watch )

No idea how many eps - maybe 12?  According to this article there's still two fellas to come.  If two couples lasted post-show I'm guessing it's Sally/Jay & Jesse/Mikayla?

I like the cast for the most part...Dalton and Chelsea are the two who annoy me.

I agree with you on the two couples who make it. I am shocked at myself that I actually think the 23 year old twin is ready for a serious relationship, but I really like him and Mikayla. I can't believe I just wrote that, but he seems more mature than some who are at least 5 years older. Same for his brother.

Look like someone quit. Promo said 3 girls are leaving. That means one guy quit.

I am all caught up with episode 10.

Dan was the guy that left last episode so there were 3 ladies left...Tyler,  Naomi and Katie. The guys got to pick one to stay and they picked Katie.

Istanbul looked gorgeous and they are now in Athens. The last two guys have arrived and Paul and Courtney really hit it off.

The last destination dates are in Athens and after that anyone not paired up leaves. The rest get to move in with their partners and share a suite. It looks like they will have dates in Montenegro.  I was there a few years ago and it was stunning!

At the end it seems as if there is a vote for who wins. I don't get that as I thought there was no prize. I suspect it will be Sally and Jay who have been strong right from the start.

I am looking forward to seeing how this all works out although I suspect I know. I think only Sally/Jay and Mikaila/Jesse will make it.
