What is a a better place for them to film in the States? I know they want a cold climate so I wonder if Alaska would work or some place on the East Coast.

I wonder if the fact the media got wind of them filming there had anything to do with them pulling out.

Why do they want cold weather? I'd much rather they film somewhere in Hawaii.

They said they wanted something for winter sports or games, something like that. Which to me in some places around Mar and Apr are blooming for Spring.

I think they should go to Hawaii too.

Personally I don't want to see snow. I see enough of it!

Just a thought ?? But would it b better for a lead with a cochlear implant to have a cold climate ??  From what I have read about cochlear implants hot climates and water activities may not b favourable however this maybe out of day as technology and products are improving all the time. Also would it b too early for abc to have chosen a lead ? Hence the cold location is just something abc want to try??

I think it's too early. They may have some names in the mix, but I'm sure they are waiting until the scene of her elimination goes and fan reaction. JMO

@Loulou I also wonder if the show would be willing to pay for a high tech cochlear implant, if they go with Abigail. I heard there are newer pricey models that can go in water and works very well.. JMO

So does anyone believe that they could possibly go with someone from the previous 2 seasons as the Bachelorette pick instead?

I am sure it is not unheard of to not choose someone from the current running bachelor season and select someone else from a few seasons back.

Definitely not unheard of seeing as both Clare and Tayshia were from older seasons ;)

@leavers Yes good point about that, Tayisha/Claire.

I do believe since they just had two Bachelorettes from past seasons as Bachelorettes (especially being ette in the same season) then this time around I have a good feeling because of that, the new Bachelorette will come from Matt's season, JMO.

Yeah I think she'll be from Matt's season too. It normally is from the current season.

I think Clare was a one-off exception because tptb weren't that into Peter's women and MF was quoted as saying he wanted to age up the franchise. But then look what happened. I think they'll want a more easily controlled Bachelorette choice again.
