Abigail is the leading Bachelorette.. its hers to lose.. She has to do something really crazy this season to lose this postion.. First Asian and First disabled lead is too inclusive to ignore.  This would be a smart business decision.

@Ruqibabe I agree she is the frontrunner as the next lead for the reasons you stated. Choosing her would be a win win for ABC and marks new boxes of "inclusivity" JMO.

I agree it's Abigail's to lose, unless she gets sent home too early. Do we know if she ends up getting a 1-on-1?

She followed one on Twitter on Nov 13th as sleuthed and noticed by @sportsgirl94. So if filming ended Nov 21st she would have been out at F4 as per filming schedule. However she could have been home sooner than that but just didn't have any SM activity until it was noticed on Nov13th.

I think even with Top 6, she still has a great chance.. As a business decision, the selection is a no brainer.. I dont think she would misstep... I am only worried abt the producer's manipulations.

Going by memory most of the 'ettes finished F3/F2 that's why I think Abigail finished in top 3 as well as due to her SM activity.

IA though where ever she places, I think she is a sweetheart and viewers will rally behind her as the next ette.

I don't Abigail to be the next lead. She a sweet girl, I'm afraid she be eaten out and spitting out by the producers.

But we haven't even see Abigail... we don't know her yet.. She is sweet but we don't know how assertive she is.. The producers won't dare mess with her if she is the Bachelorette... The audience would eat the producers raw..

I know. We have seen that happen so many times. Especially if they don't play by the rules.

IMO, Katie from this season would make a great bachelorette. She's 29 which is a great age; she doesn't take herself too seriously and is simultaneously empathetic; she's also really charismatic too. I like quite a few of the ladies on the show so far (Abigail, Bri, Serena P) but I think Katie could carry a season well

Maybe this might be a bit here, but do any of you think that Serena P. could be the Canadian Bachelorette? I mean since she does live in Canada anyway she could be a lead for that version. Just thinking outside the US box,
