Yeah that podcast is full of crp IMO. I also don't believe Helena would be the type to do that or that Glenn would one week after filming. As @Bobette noticed, the "exclusive" photos are fake, as I am guessing most of their gossip is. I note they posted a sarcastic comment from Timm's brother's girlfriend saying she never knew any of this goss with a crying laughing face - given that we know how close Timm and his brother are to me that comment was the gf implying the story was fake. JMO

It’s an easy thing to claim as well, and whether it’s true or false none of the main players will have any interest in making a comment as it would just draw more attention to it, which is in none of their best interests.
I believe she’s had Jules on as a guest a couple of times, and quite early on, before the podcast had much traction, so you’d think that the podcast host is pretty friendly with him, so maybe she’s doing him a favour and slinging a bit of mud at Alisha and Glenn? It’s gotta be annoying him that people are frothing over what a man Glenn is, and how sweet he and Alisha are together? JMO

My thoughts exactly. :yes:

Since the podcast girl was at the party (confirmed by pics) then if she saw/heard that Alisha kissed Scot, why wait till now to spill the beans? And if she's so well connected, why so many incorrect "spoilers" about who the final couples are?

When people who are supposed to be in the know leak information that is so blatantly wrong (eg the Bali pics) it just makes me suspect they're on the payroll for TPTB to spread red herrings/smokescreens or build hype for the show.

She backtracks a lot, and thrives off her podcast being mentioned in the media. Froths over the drama and attention.

Similar to Angie and Carlin. As you know I never like Angie but wished her and Carlin the best hoping and gave them the benefit of doubt...and you @Vjeff and @Bobette were right and I was naive! That was my first time wrong in the history of the franchise. IMO, rumours are not always true, however, I will not fully dismiss them this time because it seems that,when it come to the Bachelor franchise in Australia, rumours tend to be correct up to certain extent. I will have to catch up with this later. At the moment I like Connor and Mary together so I will see what they post later.

I always say that Glenn's ex is far better looking than Alisha, very adventurous, kind, and has a figure that resembles Helena's. I never thought that Alisha and Glenn looked good together.., but I can see the feelings they have inside BIP...but was he just conforming because he loves to be in relationships? Who knows, time will tell. I am writing this as I hear Alisha and Glenn on TV. I see he is crying now. I think he was very hurt by his break-up....and then ended up skeptical...let's see how it goes. Time will tell!

Yes, @ReneeM, that is something that I was noticing too and I wrote a few posts about them. The only ones that I feel are grounded in more than just 'the moment' of chemistry/physical attraction, are Connor and Mary, they asked each other practical questions. I am also not sure if Alisha moved to Perth because of Glenn. Considering his occupation, it would have been easier for him to move to Melbourne than to her to Perth...closer to Asia than to most Australian cities hehehe

I think she probably was already going to move there, she has family in WA, and then it coincided. What I have noticed by following this forum over the years (although I am a relatively new user ), is that rumours are often true or have some foundations.

I also think that Alisha is not Glenn's usual type, his ex is very different , he has a few photos of her in his Instagram so take a look- and I saw more similarities between his ex and Helena. His ex is with someone else, so perhaps he was very hurt in the past. The whole environment create the feeling of being really in love but reality changes thing. Perhaps he needed something for his ego since Helena friendzoned him. Alisha was not in his list....Helena was, so the love at first sight is a huge overstatement considering Jake had to encourage Aisha to talk to Glenn because he didn't approach her ! Let's wait and see Smiley

I am not saying they are not together now but I do not think they will last more than 2 years. How silly she is saying now 'Oh my God, I have a really hot boyfriend' no no

.... I think she feels lucky because physically talking he is probably way of Alisha's league whereas Jules more the type of guy who will feel attracted to her.

So I disagree & agree with parts of this. I saw the post you had made a while back about Glenn’s ex & I actually did go down the rabbit hole on Glenn’s IG page afterwards because I was curious and I didn’t feel his ex was anything special in terms of looks compared to Alisha. And while Glenn may have been initially into Helena, I don’t think his feelings for Helena are comparable to what happened with Alisha. I felt like he lit up in a completely different way from the moment Alisha walked in. And other people encouraging Alisha to speak to Glenn because he didn’t speak to her doesn’t really mean anything imo because sometimes when you like someone you’re nervous and the other person has to make the first move, and I did get the sense that Glenn was nervous. My perspective is that Jake encouraged Alisha because by that point everyone in paradise knew that Glenn liked her. So we disagree there.

I agree that part of Glenn’s appeal to Alisha is knowing that he’s the type of guy that turns heads when he walks into a room, and not just because of how tall he is. But I think lots of people in relationships have this sort of vanity about their partners.

I’m not sold on Glenn and Alisha because their relationship seems very immature, more like a high school relationship built on infatuation. I really do think their feelings for each other are genuine, I don’t think either of them are faking or pretending. I’m just not getting ‘forever love’ from them.
