Aaron McNabb - Bachelorette NZ - Season 1 - *Sleuthing Spoilers*

I need your help ladies! I know Aaron is a Taurus but can’t find any birthdate or place of birth. I tentatively did a very hypothetic chart for hm with the middle of May as his date and it has many good aspects. ( also a kind of fateful ‘ fairytale ‘ one which is usually ending badly) But the more precise the info, the better. If you great sleuths can come up with it, you know where to find me! TYIA

I'm still having doubts about Aaron being F1.  There are still a lot of things pointing to him being F2 IMO.  Copied from SC thread:

- Aaron was the first contestant posted on IG.  Would TPTB really blow their load so soon?  They usually release the F2 and/or Fan favourites first (and I could see Aaron being both).

- His IG was on private for a l o n g time preshow.  Could be taking instructions on what he's allowed to say, but also could be a protective/defensive measure if he got his heart broken.

There's also the first date Kiss of Death.  And the big one - I like him, which usually guarantees a direct trip to Heartbreak Town.

And I agree with you both, and I keep vacillating...that’s why the info would be a great help!
From what I see, ( in my hypothetical chart) a possible double whammy of Venus square Neptune AND Uranus. Which translates into a’ ‘divorce aspect’ ( quick whirlwind affair with no stability) and a ‘ fairytale aspect’ which is the romantic but not based on reality kind of potential pitfall.
Let’s see what we can find for Lesina to be truly Happy!

As this is the first Bette NZ season, using other countries or their stats isn't going to be as reliable for comparison. However, even when looking at other countries first and early seasons they almost always posted of the F1 on IG, ,especially for BetteAU. First date is no longer a rule for non-F1 since (Carlin and Becca, technically) have been first dates and F1. So those aren't hard fast rules. First seasons they often push the F1 so audiences can get behind the contestant edit-wise and often a fan favorite when looking at the final 2. It's why, even if Aaron is not F1, I have doubts about him being F2. I think being a fan fave and first season, they'd put him in the F3 spot rather than F2 so that he leaves before the final rose ceremony and that way audiences can be for the F1 more than whomever the F2 is. Otherwise that's putting backlash on their first Bette ever and usually they save that for the second season (first one is the love story). TWT

I don't see any of the stats as indicators yet for F1 or not for F1. I think a case can be made for either position, depending on which lens they are being seen through. For me, it all comes down to screencaps That's what will tell the real story and screencaps (not stats, or anything else) are what have been the only things that never lie. So far, Aaron's screencaps are showing he is going far. How far, is yet unknown, but I am not yet able to pull the trigger on whether he is F1, F2, or F3 (even if, by my own thoughts and feelings, since I like him I'd say not F1). Will see and keep sleuthing.....

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] Yeah I said elsewhere F3 would be a better spot for Aaron if TPTB have him in mind for Next Bach (a possibility IMO).  There's less emotional baggage associated with F3s so they are "allowed" to bounce back quicker and be ready to date again sooner IMO.

Lesina's emphasis on Aaron being a "jock" is interesting though.  IMO Kurt is way more of a jock (constantly posting pics of the gym, obsessive sports fanaticism, collecting team merch etc).  Aaron plays hockey, hikes and teaches nutrition/fitness - that's not what I call a jock.

IMO TPTB always try to get a contrasting final 2, and labelling Aaron a jock (which might well have been done retrospectively, via clips of Lesina filmed post-FRC) would be one way to establish a contrast to Kurt, if they intend to emphasise other qualities in him (e.g. baking etc).

With Kurt out of the way hopefully Aaron's got it in the bag now - he'd be the most compatible with her IRL IMO.

I definitely think Aaron is F1  I wish I had held my stance more once the screencaps came out. As my post above here explained, Aaron had all the F1 stats, most particularly the Screencaps that all F1s have a lot of. I’ve always seen his social media as happy too. Never hurt or anything like that. Add in the early sleuthing about them both following the silversmith and it’s just another clue for F1. 

The only love story and connection I see is Aaron and Lesina. He is smitten with her imo and looks completely in love! It’s so cute. It also ties into “true love” as the theme for this season by the post of Aaron that they captioned as “true love” and also for Lesina on the official Instagram. Definitely a clue imo

I love how he was the only one who was totally there for Lesina not any twist etc. Again, shows how genuine his feelings for Lesina are. First date is perfect for F1 since it established a relationship early and that is a necessity in a season with a dual Bette twist. NOW the Screencaps from the season preview and everything else all make sense. I kept going back to Screencaps and they tell the story. So far they’re telling me Aaron is F1! Excited to find out!

I’ve been away and saving my watching of Lesina after Lily came on, now I have 4 episodes I need to catch up on!

Watching the last few episodes and the most recent one and Aaron and Lesina are talking about their future together past the show and him moving to Auckland. It’s like they’re a couple already and their connection is palpable and light years ahead of anyone else. Love it!

What you said upthread though - a whirlwind fairytale romance followed by a crash - is actually how I could see it going.  I like Aaron but the question marks for me would be the fact that Lesina seems to have a firm/dominant personality (the constant probing/questioning, clearly a driven high achiever etc) and has said she prefers submissive men.  

Aaron is being submissive by saying he feels she's out of his league (which is of course how a Lead should make a constant feel, IMO) but if the other guys see him as the AMOG he obviously has a dominant side to his personality too, which could lead to a clash/power struggle down the road.  I'll be interested to see how it pans out post-show.
