From what I've seen it's quite common for the former contestants / leads that shill, blog, etc. to thank their fans. Heck, even Tanner & Jade thanked fans for making it possible to build Janner Manor. 

I've always appreciated the former leads / contestants that were involved in charitable works before it would help build a post-show fanbase. Ben Higgins served in Honduras and formed Humanity & Hope and also served in Africa, forming Water for Good before reality tv. Ben also formed Generous Coffee Company after the show. Arie has been involved in several AZ children' charities and the Phoenix Children's Hospital for years before the show and added PetSmart pet adoption efforts after the show. Colton established the Legacy Foundation in 2015 - before reality tv. There are many others involved in charitable works such as Vanessa Grimaldi, Sean and Cat, Emily, etc.

And I’d add Rachel as well.

I wanted to comment on those who are ME-based but decided to bite my tongue. I should focus my energy on the positive. Jmo.

I don’t care what others said about missing opportunities if he’d not date Gigi, his dedication to helping others puts him above all other BN people in my eye.

I totally agree with this post. I don't recall any previous contestant making a collage of fans along with that sweet post and not just a "thank you all" short and sweet. I don't follow anyone, only what I see posted here. He seems to be always involved in something that helps others and not just one charity.

I am not here to compare him to anyone else, my point is he comes across to me very humble and grateful. He focuses on the positive in all aspects of his life rather than using SM to call people out. While sleuthing I thought he is the last person that wants to settle down and is only there for his modelling career. Since then I've seen a very compassionate caring young man who's takes pride in helping others. All JMO's.

It's Tyler's thread so this is where I can say it;

He's marvelous, incredible, gorgeous, caring, generous, sexy and amazing. I'll spare you all the additional, applicable accolades. All IMO

Perfectly stated GA! Glad to see Tyler spending time in Florida and not because he needs any "grounding" but because it's always great to go home. Always fun to see where Tyler's going to pop up next and what he's going to be promoting. The guy certainly isn't boring! IMO

He said in his latest interview he was going to spend some time in LA next. I suspect this will be after the New York marathon.

IMO Tyler does deserve special recognition for his charity. I agree that many in BN give back to their community through charity (like many fans do) however specifically Tyler, and Ben also stands out, treat their charity like one would a full time job. They post many times monthly showing commitment to service and illustrate how they are hands on with the recipients as well as show how they are actively recruiting others to become part of their team. These are well run charities that both are dedicated to and were dedicated to before the show. Both charities are also run with partners which says something about their preferred way of doing things. They are team players.
Of course having been on the Bette has given Tyler greater visibility. I like that he expends consistent effort on shining a spotlight on ABCFoodTours. IMO he is showing himself to be very hardworking and able to balance his time to pursue many things simultaneously. Great energy.

@notarose are you talking about the charity Tyler is supporting in Florida or ABC food tours? ABC Food Tours is a for profit entity still. But still does good, but I don’t want people thinking that’s a charity.

 I was talking about the profit entity. Good point. I do think it equates to a “serve others” venture in a way that it strongly parallels a charity as the children are given free experiences. In a way it is like a day camp for underprivileged kids.
I guess it’s a for profit that doesn’t profit from its clientele but they profit from it due to outside funding and volunteered services. Not the usual type business.
