I know I have just been looking at hotels in Virginia Beach but Norfolk is less than 30 minutes away. Maybe the elevator is in a hotel there. I still say this is VF and it is during/after her HTD.  This is one time I do believe RS when he says she came to his hotel the next day and talked with him before he left Virginia for Tennessee.

Is Norfolk closer to the airport?

Basically, if you are driving you have to go through Norfolk to get to Virginia Beach.  The main road to Virginia Beach meets up with all other major highways in Norfolk.  There is an international airport in Norfolk.  The other airports in the area are either military or smaller private airfields that major airlines do not fly into.

OK thanks @HavaDrPepper I didn't realise RS had provided that information.  Yeah in that case it does fit for it to be VF.

The only hotel I could find that could possibly be it is at the Holiday Inn as it has an elevator that looks like it is similar.  But, there is nothing else I could find that needed elevators or one like that one.  Sorry for the long link:

Hallway carpet for that one is green with a pattern and the light fixtures on the wall are not the same.

There are a lot of hotels in Norfolk that would have elevators but in my search I couldn't find any pics of elevators or hallways.  Several are tall hotels in the downtown area that are a pricier cost.

Just to add from what they are showing us of the rc argument and who goes home I think one of Madison, Hannah Ann, Victoria F or Kelsey looks to get the rose on the date, jmo.

I think it's VF, because she is alone with Peter near the waterfall.

I think it's HS with Peter making out (his favorite pastime).
