This is what we know so far about limo entrances:

Hannah B shows up just to talk to Peter. Doesn’t stay in the mansion with the rest of the girls.
One girl dresses up as a windmill when she meets him
One girl comes in a giant paper airplane
One girl comes in a toy airplane
One girl arrives with a huge cow. Peter remembers the cow’s name and not hers.
One girl makes out with him for a while about 30 seconds after she walks out the limo
One girl walks out of the limo saying 4 times and brings out a bunch of condoms
