It is a very sad time for Ciarran, and well done to the producers for showing the reason why he left and for being sensitive to Ciarran's feelings.
But if Angie really felt Ciarran was the one there is life outside the Bach bubble and they could've met up.

I agree @Ule.m - IMO Angie's affections flip flopped around a lot during filming.  In the AU seasons where the winner is spoiled by Sportsbet the first night, there is a tendency IMO to retrospectively view the Lead/F1 relationship through rose coloured glasses when the reality at the time may have been quite different.

For me personally this season has focused on quirky personalities and drama and I struggle to keep watching. The half decent guys were eliminated without knowing them. Then Ryan came into the mansion (I still have no idea why unless Angie needed a boring personality to offset the loud ones). IMO this season is a train wreck and IMO Angie seems forced and serious.

I can't keep up with the drama. Bobbette, you are the one with all the sleuthing. Did Ciarran talk to Angie in the last CP when he got news his name died. 

This episode seemed to indicate Angie didn't know about Ciarran's nan passing.

@Enough I haven't watched tonight's episode yet but yes she absolutely knew last episode, IMO.  

In the season trailer Ciarran is shown with his back to the camera and Angie is saying "you can cry, it's normal to cry", and at the CP he was clearly upset IMO - but they didn't ever show their conversation during the ep.

To be fair I think they kept it on the DL because they wanted to let him stay if he wanted to, and keep his family business private, but when the decision was made for him to leave they should have cut that out of the trailer completely, IMO.

OzmG, Im finding this season quite boring and frustrating in a way. I think Angie is gorgeous , amusing and a bit quirky, but she does have some interesting characters. So many of them are a number of years younger than Angie and probably at different stages of life. I guess she only needs one, so who knows

I didn't expect to get teary eyed so early with this ep, poor Ciarran. I don't know what's up with Timm during their date but the tone changed very quickly, something is fishy about the editing. And it is very obvious now that Carlin and Timm are complete opposite's, Carlin IS too 'perfect' imo and Timm is just so real (too real for Angie maybe)

I'm glad Jamie is gone, Angie looked really frightened of him when they were saying their goodbyes. There are some serious mental health issues TBPT have exploited and it does not sit right with me.

I look forward to next week, the promo I'm sure was misleading...making it look like Carlin is caught lying...

I agree @Bachbee Angie didn’t want anything to do with Jamie this episode, IMO she was physically pulling back from him, I really think she didn’t even want to say goodbye to him, the look on her face....

Count me in as one that feels sorry for Timm. I know he brings the entertainment and all but based on what I have seen and read of how he is coming across to viewers on SM, IMO he might actually benefit from seeing a behavioral therapist if he hasn’t seen one post show. Even Ciarran said Timm was over the top (paraphrasing) in his Kyle and Jackie O interview earlier today. I mean Angie’s parents spending that short time with him and his behavior being that obvious was telling to me. I also think maybe the pressure of the show might have exacerbated some innate tendencies he has IMO. As for Jamie, he did admit that he is a very intense person in his Kyle and Jackie O interview, and maybe producers contributed to it but I sure do hope he does some internal searching as well to understand why he came across the way he did, all jmho.
