@dee I don’t mean just rogue from what ABC wants but from everyone (ahem people who cannot be named)  I don’t think he will handle be controlled by anyone well.

I don’t think ABC can do anything to block a statement from him. He just doesn’t want to make one, despite there being pressure on him to. Will be interesting to see if/when he does. JMO

@okkaayy the narrative shift started yesterday with that article stating it was too soon to say he and Gigi were really dating.

@Summerfun1980 @dee which in itself is interesting. I agree that he doesn’t want to make one. And IMO I don’t see him being controlled by anyone either. The Cosmo article just adds another view in in already confusing cycle of press. SMH and IMO

Please explain what Tyler said in the article. I would read it but I’m so mixed up with all the shenanigans. Thanks

This narrative shift is so confusing to me. That source seems to be a Tyler source though, while the others were not. Serious whiplash. I’m learning a lot about the media through this process haha.

If this article is true and Tyler wants to make a go of it with Hannah I am happy with that. He would have to have a talk with Matt not to throw shade if that is what he wants.

Zima is still commenting on Tyler’s pics.

I wonder if Tyler is gonna try and salvage dwts somehow and go forward with the showmance as was planned imo.

I don't know if I believe it's actually a source from Tyler's camp. Wouldn't be surprised if ABC is leaking this stuff to put it out there. He will be in California soon and they are building up more of the same "Are they? Aren't they?" narrative.

I think Tyler just wanted to get out from under the Bach franchise ... I would guess he’s had enough, even though it has made him quite famous.  He should be happy about that for sure, but I don’t see him “playing with the devil” any more, and I wouldn’t recommend him being the next Bachelor .... I’ve always thought anyone was crazy for wanting to be, but then I remind myself of why these folks do it ... they’re looking to be in the limelight even if it’s short lived, so what do I know?

Some people who’ve been on this show in the past have done quite well, but I still don’t think many of them are going to be able to make it a long term career.  Maybe they don’t care about that and are just happy to have short term successes.  I think this notoriety for Tyler has been great for his modeling career and charity work, but I hope he stays away from the Bachelor Nation hoopla. JMHO ....

I really think Tyler is just a free spirit. He’s been just roaming around for a while now. I don’t think he has anything personal against bachelor nation or anyone. I just think he likes to just do what he feels like doing. Will that continue? Too early to say.

I think he would still take DWTS because he would actually enjoy doing it.

I agree. I honestly don't think Tyler had a big plan with all of this and I'm not sure he has a clear plan now. Football was the plan until it wasn't and now he's flying by the seat of his pants. Last week, he was saying how much he thinks Matt should go on the Bachelorette so I don't think he has anything against BN- he just doesn't seem to want to be The Bachelor and those folks feel some kind of way about that. I think he's just doing his thing. It's why I keep wondering who his team is- it seems like he may have some gaps in who's advising him. His PR plan appears to be just ignore it and it will go away. We'll see.

...I think of his sweet family seeing their boy in the tabloids regularly this week has to be so off-putting.
